He really helped me for buying my dream SUV . I am also a sales person for selling gold 22K, 24K, real gold biscuits in my life long time ago. Darren taken initiative and taken all steps to get me into Ford Escape . According to me if anybody interested in buying Ford branded Cars,SUVs or Trucks I prefer Freedom Ford Dealership . RE LAST VISIT Had brought my 2011 Escape in for a steering problem and after I got my estimate of $1600.00 I was a little shocked as the steering coloum needed to Had brought my 2011 Escape in for a steering problem and after I got my estimate of $1600.00 I was a little shocked as the steering coloum needed to be replaced at only 125,000 kms.. I started to do some digging and found out this was a problem for the Escape yet Ford Canada will not do anything for me but has given other people up to 50% off the bill because of this. This has nothing to do with your Dealership but it has left a very sour taste in my mouth with the Ford product to the point when I needed to buy 45 new trucks for my work I went and put orders in for Chev trucks all 1 tons. The lady that I dealt with on the Service counter was really nice and understood my complaint about the coloum and explained her hands where tied but again that is not her fault she was just doing her job and I would not yell at her for doing her job. Oh and one more thing once I got the truck back I had to send it out to get my remote starter fixed as the tech at ford unplugged it and did not re plug it in. So my wife took it in and they had to go over it to find this out that cost me $98.00 more. More
