Great vehicle buying experience! Super friendly people :) I made contact with Freedom Ford via their website as I was looking for an F150 with specific options. Darren got back to me very quickly the next day. (I am a late night online shopper). After e-mailing back and forth a number of times I made an appointment to come down and take a look. Darren was very patient as I had to bring my 4 year old son with me. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was explained that the salespeople are on flat rate not commission which made the experience really comfortable. After seeing a couple of different F150's and some of the options available we test drove the F150 I ended up buying! I was extremely surprised when we got down to price! I would and have already recommended this dealership to others! I haven't had to visit the service department yet, hopefully not for awhile, but I'm hoping that they are as professional as the front staff :) More

Great Service I was very impressed with the information I was given once I arrived for my first oil change. Expert advise I have always taken both of our vehicles for all servicing directly to freedom Ford. During routine maintenance the discovered that their was a small I have always taken both of our vehicles for all servicing directly to freedom Ford. During routine maintenance the discovered that their was a small leak - and took car of everything which was still under warranty. Thank goodness they are professionals who check everything out or I never would have found it until it became a major problem! On top of the professional advice the service advisors are great to deal with. Highly recommend Freedom Ford ! More
