Recall service appointment I booked an appointment for my car to have a recall notice fixed. They took my information including the recall number and details of my car. The day before my appointment I received a confirmation e-mail reminding me of my appointment. I drove to the dealership from work to drop my car off and I had a fellow worker follow me in order to drive me back to work. When I tried to drop my car off the Service Advisor told me the parts were not on order yet and could be 3-4 weeks away yet. So my question is WHY would you take all my information and not make sure the parts are there for the job? They wasted my time, my fellow workers time and the Service Advisor I seen that morning. Not impressed by the way this was dealt with at all! More
