Started off good........terrible finish. Go elsewhere to buy I bought a new F150 about a month ago. Great sales experience with Jon and he was great to deal with, but it went south from there. I traded in my Tac I bought a new F150 about a month ago. Great sales experience with Jon and he was great to deal with, but it went south from there. I traded in my Tacoma as part of the purchase. My Tacoma buyout was taken into account when I made my deal and I confirmed that they had talked to Toyota and everything was set prior to picking up my F150. I picked up my truck on March 11th and unfortunately a payment was processed on my Tacoma on March 12th. I contacted Freedom Ford and was told that once their buyout cheque was processed by Toyota, I would get a cheque for the payment that had been taken from my account. 2 weeks later, Toyota contacted me to ask me why insurance had been removed from my vehicle as it was mandatory. I told them that my car had been traded in and I was informed that the buyout had not yet been processed and to contact the dealership. I contacted the Toyota dealership to look into what was holding up the process and was told that Freedom Ford had not sent them the correct amount. I then contacted Freedom Ford to ask what was going on and was told it was a small error and that they would be submitting the remaining balance right away and I’d have my account closed and credit processed shortly. 1 week later, I contact Toyota to check if my credit had been issued and was told there was no credit as Freedom Ford had paid the exact balance owing (obviously taking my additional payment into account). When I contacted Freedom to address the fact that I had now contributed to what was “their” buyout, I was told they would look into it and get the issue resolved. At this point I had yet to submit my purchase survey with Ford (which has huge implications for dealerships) as I was waiting to see if Freedom would in fact make things right. I was then contacted by Freedom Ford and told a cheque was in the process of being cut for me. I then submitted my survey based on my experience up until that point. Two days later when I contacted Freedom to see when I could pick up my cheque, their story changed and I was told they were still looking into getting this resolved. I was then told I wouldn’t be getting my money back and that this was the fault of the Toyota dealership. Very long story short……stay away from this dealership!!! More

Liars terrible experiance with body shop and service Avoid this place if at all possible they will do terrible work to covince you to trade in to buy a new vehicle. The day before my appointment I received a confirmation e-mail reminding me of my appointment. I drove to the dealership from work to drop my car off and I had a fellow worker follow me in order to drive me back to work. When I tried to drop my car off the Service Advisor told me the parts were not on order yet and could be 3-4 weeks away yet. So my question is WHY would you take all my information and not make sure the parts are there for the job? They wasted my time, my fellow workers time and the Service Advisor I seen that morning. Not impressed by the way this was dealt with at all! More
