Excellent service that makes you loyal to the brand. I've enjoyed my near 3 years of ownership with my Focus ST not only because it's an amazing car but also because Roxanne at Freedom is a wonderful lad I've enjoyed my near 3 years of ownership with my Focus ST not only because it's an amazing car but also because Roxanne at Freedom is a wonderful lady. She treats me like family; I feel like she's my cool aunt who I'm happy to trust with my car. She has also gone above and beyond to help me out with any maintenance or service visits. With my most recent maintenance visit I experienced a surprise issue with my car that she confidently helped resolve in a professional and comforting way. She made me feel like her only priority despite servicing other owners. From someone who is also in customer relations I would give her top marks on her ability to remain composed, organized and compassionate. She tells it like it is and does so with great tact and warmth. I had to revisit the next morning at 7 am when the parts arrived to have the issue resolved and she bought me coffee. My car was also the first to be taken care of. It's a small thing and an appreciated gesture of care. This is my first Ford and because of her service it may not be my last. It continues to be a pleasure dealing with her. I recommend every ST owner I know to see her and have nothing but good things to share with others about Freedom. 6/5 stars. More
