Warranty part I brought my car into freedom ford cause my radio and touch screen were both not working, I brought it in they said they diagnosed it but I don't know I brought my car into freedom ford cause my radio and touch screen were both not working, I brought it in they said they diagnosed it but I don't know if they really did, told me it was my APIM module so they said they ordered a new one and I brought my car back when it came in they said they put the new APIM. In my car and nothing works still, then I get a text saying it's not only the module it's my touchscreen that is gone, so I find it highly unlikely that one module going would take out the other module and if they actually trouble shot it how would they not see its both modules and not just one? They had also scratched my car door handle and part of my driver and rear driver door! And they were just gunna play it off like nothing happened nobody told me about it if I Hadden seen it when I was picking up my car I would have been screwed for getting it fixed, it has been a terrible experience and I would never bring my vehicle back to this dealership for the way they treated me and my personal belongings that I work hard for to have More
