Unfriendly management We leased our previous two Acuras with Erin Mills and always had a positive experience. When it was time to lease our third one, Porya Hosseini was aggressive, confrontational and disrespectful after we declined his first offer and countered with our offer. We felt like we were being dismissed and not worth his time. Service is ok, but for some odd reason they were unwilling to update the navigation computer and told me that I can do this on my own, despite telling them I'm more than willing to pay for the service. I would not recommend purchasing or leasing at this dealer with Porya Hosseini, however service is ok as long as you don't need to have your navigation updated on your behalf. More

Amazing Dealership! I have brought in my CSX to Erin Mills Acura for years now and I have always received the best service from Ron. He's hilarious, sweet and a wonderful I have brought in my CSX to Erin Mills Acura for years now and I have always received the best service from Ron. He's hilarious, sweet and a wonderful Service Advisor. I recently came in for an oil change and dealt with Mark Cawagas. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond that call of duty to make sure I got the most during my service appointment. Raymond, Brent and Sam are my amazing go-tos for all of my parts needs for my beloved CSX. I also want to mention the amazing Body Shop Manager, Rob. He helped me with a small ding I had on my car about a year ago and was just so friendly and knowledgeable. And when I was waiting for Rob to come back, his assistant Marlene, offered me a beverage while I was waiting! Now that's customer service!! I have never received such amazing customer service, in ANY industry, like the service I receive at Erin Mills Acura. Word to the GM, keep these people in your staff -- they are wonderful assets to the team. More

Attitude, Contemptuous, Disdainful The GM has a big attitude problem. Now when you walk in, you will notice that. I have been buying cars for a long time and never it has happened that The GM has a big attitude problem. Now when you walk in, you will notice that. I have been buying cars for a long time and never it has happened that GM has not showed courtesy to come out to shake hand and congratulate upon finalization of the deal. This man had a contemptuous attitude. He thinks his customers are also his employees. HUH Kudos to Scott, If he would not have been nice, I would have walked away even at the last moment. Just because of him I even did not show my displeasure over there. Either learn to connect to the people or find some job other than sales. Why you are ruining Acura hospitality traditions. More
