Absolutely terrible customer service! absolutely terrible customer service. Have had nothing but issues with my RDX. Had a manufacturing window issue, brought in my car 4 times to get reso absolutely terrible customer service. Have had nothing but issues with my RDX. Had a manufacturing window issue, brought in my car 4 times to get resolved, each time left with the problem occurring hours later. When speaking to the manager as to why on the 5th service I am to pay for a problem that has still not been resolved Jerry replay "then go to a different dealership". I can handle things happening to my vehicle, wear and tear, but the way they handle their customer service is disgusting. More
