This is unforgivable I brought my car to your branch for service and your technicians damaged my car and tried to hide it and caused damage to the car and me. I am sending this email, if you agree to review and accept the damage, we will continue, otherwise, I will file a legal complaint and file my complaint wherever necessary. 1- I bought this car on July 23,2022 MDX Type S TOTAL $98,777.86 Cash 2- I install Dash Cam front & rear from COBRA company August 13,2022 $1,005.64 3- I received call from Acura to come for install TWO PAKAGE on September 19,2022 After installation everything was good no any problem on my care. 4- I received call from Acura to come for install one sensor for TWO PAKAGE I ask to change my oil too the say ok I told them I am going to surgery for my heart and I need to make sure my care is for long after my recovery ok 5- On June 06,2023 I take my car to ERIN MILLS ACURA to Mr.Shan Merinnage for service and install sensor they say everything ok and you can come and take your car nobody say anything to me my care is damage ….? 6- I had emergency for my heart ambulance take me to CCU AND I head surgery and after come home for recovery 7- I am not used ACURA UNTIL July 04,2023 because my wife has another car . 8- My wife ask me way you Dash camera is not talking I look at the Dash camera all wire is disconnected immediately I went ERIN MILLS ACURA service department Mr.Shan Merinnage and spalling everything but he say I don’t know anything and I cannot help you I asl I need to see service manager he call service manager he came and try to open my Dash Camera and he say our police any car coming to our branch we disconnect all record devices and we not connect again I ask Mr.Shan Merinnage you give me my car way you no9t say anything to my and he say I don’t know and I don’t have any answer I ask service manager to give me his business card he say I don’t have I tray to spike with Mr.Karan Sharme cells manager and he say please give us time to find and fix - service manager come bake and say one pine is damage and not working and he call COBRA COMPANY and send me to there to replace the Dash camera 4hr I was in ERIN MILLS ACURA and 3hr in Cobra company and I pay again from my packet but Cobra say maybe until six months part not coming if you want by again First time I took it for service June 06,2023 if ERIN MILLS ACURA has police to disconnect all record devises how my care same day until June 01,2023 my Dash camera work service manager is lying and the disconnect my Dash camera and When they tried to reconnect, they broke the pin and caused a burn And they hid the wires and didn't tell me anything. I wanted to give a positive review of Josh. I was working with him to get a new Acura MDX. He was helpful and professional with everything in getting me a car all lined up with a small depos I was working with him to get a new Acura MDX. He was helpful and professional with everything in getting me a car all lined up with a small deposit. A few weeks later-all on my end-I decided to change my mind and go electric. I reached out to Josh and let him know-he was great about it and did not give me any pressure and returned my deposit promptly. I know of other dealers who have given customers the run around in similar situations and Josh was professional about everything. I would definitely recommend him and get a future Acura from him. More
