Secondly, I had to chase around my sales consultant and finance manager from start to finish. Once they had my deposit they completely forgot about me. The paper work they sent had the wrong discounted amount. Overall the experience was frustrating and frankly disrespectful. I decided to buy my vehicle from Bavaria BMW where the whole experience was second to none. I strongly suggest never going to Edmonton BMW. After all the nonsense I went through with them, there snarky, smart xxx used car manager told me they are not going to refund my deposit. I told him it is illegal to do so and I would take this up with AMVIC. He told me, "Go ahead Genius, AMVIC won't help you unless it over 2,000$ dollars!" and laughed at me. The best part is I never signed a single document! These people are theives! NEVER GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT, EVER! Now I am going to have to wait months to get my money back. Worst customer service experince of my life. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. And please believe I will get the money back because I won`t rest untill I do. Steer clear of this dealership people. Its a joke! More
Terrible Service And Staff MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE! Whenever I have to deal with the Staff at Edmonton BMW and MINI, or Service Department I immediately regret my purcha MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE! Whenever I have to deal with the Staff at Edmonton BMW and MINI, or Service Department I immediately regret my purchase. I have run into multiple problems with my car, that should always be a quick fix but it seems to be a daunting task for MINI to deal with. On June 11th I had brought my car in for a service appointment to diagnose a clunk in the rear suspension, and the audio input on the stereo not working properly(both to be covered under my warranty). After Diagnoses, I was then told that parts would need to be ordered and I would clearly have to wait for them to arrive(new plug and rear sway bar links). Half of the ordered parts arrived on June 15th. The other on June 25th. I was never called and informed of this at all. I called MINI on July 7th to find out the parts had been there for almost 2 weeks. Completely unacceptable. Upon booking in my car for the parts to be installed, I expressed my unimpressed feelings and some damaged I discover that had been done to the car at the previous appointment. My next appointment was for July 17th, so I brought my car in the night before so they would have extra time with it. I was called twice on the 17th, first to let me know what was being done and then a second to let me know they didn't get to my car that day. Now my car wouldn't be done until July 20th. leaving me without a vehicle for the weekend. A complete inconvenience to my life, but obviously not a concern for Mini. Upon picking my car up from my July 11th appointment; my Boyfriend discovered that the technician used a small screw driver or similar device, to pop the usb/auxilary plug out of the dash. This left damage to the surrounding dash, and is very unpleasing to look at. I called MINI immediately and voiced my concerns! I was then told that they were sorry and that its is such a long and extensive job removing the dash. So i guess the technician pried the plug out of the dash to save time. This didn't seem to concern the service rep at all. After further conversation they started to make me feel i shouldn't worry about the damage; and to feel guilty for making them do so much work for such a small part to be replaced. The other part to be replaced is the rear sway bar links in the suspension. Easily finished in 1 hour, this job could have been done at any automotive repair shop. and they would have had it done the same day for a small price. Why have I been waiting 1 month to get this fixed through my MINI warranty? I would have gladly paid another shop to do it in a acceptable time frame. Now its sunday July 19th and I'm expecting to pick my car up tomorrow. What will this experience be like? will my car be fixed correctly? these questions are something you should never be asking yourself. When you purchase a vehicle of high quality for good money, you expect to be treated to a high standard. Clearly MINI of Edmonton doesn't hold this standard or believe in it. I have dealt with multiple MINI dealerships and they all have been a big disappointment, and completely unpleasant staff to deal with. DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE, DONT GET YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE. You will regret it. More

They gave me an offer to trad Please when you go to this dealership and they present you with an offer do not expect that they accept their own offer. They gave me an offer to trade in my car and buy a new X5. I accepted their offer and I could not believe what happened, they declined their own offer. I left got call later and they wanted to still make a deal but was not even close to their first offer. Be carefull when you go their if this is their sales tactics its a very dirty game they are playing. Pleaese go try a different dealership and hope thta they will treat you with respect. If this happened to other people who went to the BMW dealership on south side speak up for all. More

When I pulled up for my appointment, the customer ahead of me and the service rep were deep into a discussion. After seeing me wait for a few moments, Aman Waraich from the BMW side came over and invited me to sit down and start the sign-in process. I appreciated that and he was very welcoming to the dealership and seemed to really enjoy his work. While in the shop I received a text from Aman saying that some work was needed and that I’d have to make another appointment to get it done – that was so helpful and most other dealerships would simply have waited to tell me when I arrived to pick up my car. When I came to pick up my vehicle later, Aman greeted me by name and made sure that my car would get squeezed into the shop for the additional work ASAP as I was planning a road trip to Vancouver in a few days. He waited to make certain that I had an appointment that worked for me. My car was looked after that week and all was done under warranty. I’m a happy customer! Kudos to MINI Edmonton and specifically to Aman! Kathy Schmidt More

Stay away from BMW We've purchased 2 vehicles from Edmonton BMW and, had horrible experiences both times. The sales manager engaged in deceitful and unethical business We've purchased 2 vehicles from Edmonton BMW and, had horrible experiences both times. The sales manager engaged in deceitful and unethical business practices by removing certain items from the invoice without advising us, he did this so that he could give us the vehicle for the price we were willing to pay. Luckily I noticed this prior to taking delivery of the vehicle, we had to fight with this sales manager in order to have the items placed back on the invoice. We've had such terrible service from the sales staff, the manager and the service staff that we will never purchase another BMW vehicle. Did you know this dealership has between a D- rating with the BBB - that says it all. We've spent a great deal of money buying what are supposed to be high end vehicles and with that I have high expectations on how I'm treated as a consumer - both before and after my purchase and how the vehicle will operate including the quality of the product I purchase, all in all I have been let down. If we have to pay for any services, the cost of those services are not competitive. I do not recommend purchasing a BMW, I do not recommend this dealership or any of the staff, they wouldn't know good customer service if it were standing in front of them. More
GO ELSE WHERE November 7, 2014 took the morning off to drop my 2006 330i at the service department. I had an issue with my heat, there was none, after replacing my radiator in May 2014 $1700. Thought I was being smart by doing some preventative maintenance and went with a new thermostat as well since I was replacing the radiator. Went to turn my heat on at the end of September and noticed that I only had cold air in the cabin. Finally got around to bringing it in to my local garage where they told me they couldn't figure it out. 1 1/2 days in their garage and they waived the labour charge. Brought it to Edmonton BMW hoping that I wouldn't have this sad story to tell, and here I am. $160 for the diagnostics I'm fine with, told that it was faulty thermostat... sure if it will fix the problem. Told that they found an oil filter housing gasket leak and need to replace... $5 part 2 hours labour...ok. Told my brand new water pump was on its last legs...? Total price of the quote $1700. I gave the go ahead for the gasket and the thermostat $173. They dropped the talk about the electric water pump that was brand new purchased at their parts department. Thermostat gets replaced and still no heat in the cabin. Working with a new technician and now being told that they want me to approve 2 hours labour to investigate the mixer door "something is definitely jamming it". 2 days go by I get a voicemail that the seal on my windshield is deformed leaking water into my blower motor, my heater core is the problem, and my mixer door is fine. Now I'm in for $1645 for previous work, $173 thermostat and $5 gasket, and no heat! New quote is $3700 of which $1200 for new windshield. (exact same windshield through Canadian tire sensors and all $290, through Erikson Infiniti $700). Told that service manager, shop foreman and technician will have a talk and get back to me first thing in the morning. IT"S NOW 2 DAYS LATER and my phone hasn't gone off. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DON'T CARE! Just real sad because I love my car the way it looks, and the way it drives. Keep reading the reviews because I'm not the only one. More
Disappointing service at Edmonton BMW Had another poor experience in the service department. Took the X3 in for it's annual service and had nothing but trouble. No loaners - again. Shut Had another poor experience in the service department. Took the X3 in for it's annual service and had nothing but trouble. No loaners - again. Shuttle service behind schedule by 1 hour. They phoned the wrong number when it was ready for pickup so it delayed out pickup of the SUV. They didn't perform all the service items listed on the invoice. We called and left numerous messages to discuss, but they fail to call back. We would not recommend this service department to anyone. More

The car arrived in 8 weeks - earlier then expected by 4 weeks. Edmonton BMW took the time to go through the vehicle with me ( I am not very technical savy ) in a timely manner and describe to me all the features and history behind the BMW. I was very impressed with the professional sales representatives, the friendliness of the dealership and to see that everyone had a smile. After my I had my vehicle delivered I needed to add a hitch and a cover to the vehicle and found that my sales representative booked me in and got it taken care of in a timely manner - and he also made sure I got a loaner vehicle for the day that it was in the shop to add these things to the vehicle. Overall I am very pleased with my new BMW and will continue to recommend this dealership to others that are intereted in BMW. More

SHE WAS RIGHT. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I used to be very disappointed in the service process, always having to wait in a lengthy line first thing in the morning to sit with service personnel and get a ride to work but this time was very timely. A very nicely dressed girl in HEELS didn't hesitate to crouch on the floor to check my tire pressures for me and explain fully how the runflat tires work how the tire sensor reacts to pressure changes. Everything about my experience was pleasant and customer driven. I hope things continue down this path! More
