Their sales team is clearly under-educated for they presented a "DEAL" that they felt was absolutely sensible. I said nothing, I just left. I was attempting to trade in a low mileage 535i and get into something else. They came back and assessed my trade-in at $35k!! About 10-12K higher than every other dealer... awesome right! Then they print out their offer and you quickly recognize the MSRP on the vehicle they want to put you in is about $10-12K higher than anywhere else. Clearly they thought I was an idiot getting sucked in by this inspiring trade evaluation. They're going to manipulate numbers. They're going to be nice initially, then ruthless once you offer resistance to the deal. Bipolar salesmen, awkward two-on-one sales tactics, and generally awful experience. More

I've had every type of stereotypical experience a dealership could offer. From dishonest salesmen, to shotty work to terrible customer service. From the very beginning they told me I was going to be having 0.9% interest, which I'm actually sitting at 5.5%. I got my brand new 2013 3 series and they had scratched the rear bumper and did a terrible job filling it in. I told Richard (The salesmen that sold me the car) about it then they said they would fix it. I took it back to the dealership and they got it fixed by one of their body shops. The work looked good, so I took it back home, had it for a week. Washed it for the first time, dried it with a microfiber towel and the PAINT WAS CHIPPING. I was pissed. A brand new car and the paint was peeling. So I called Richard back (who was very rude about the whole thing) and told him that it was unacceptable and that I did not want them to touch the car again because obviously if they couldn't do it right the first time they will probably do it wrong again. So I got them to pay for the work to get done in a body shop of my choosing and for them to pay for my rental. I had more bad experience after another, like trying to get a hold of ANYONE in the dealership. No one would pick up there phones, you leave a voicemail and they won't return your call. Bad shuttle services, I've had multiple occasions where it took them forever to pick me up from where they drop me off. I finally got so fed up with this dealership that I went to Bavaria BMW. Had nothing but good experiences there. I needed to get some check ups done on my car as the car is almost 4 years old now. I called both dealerships and Edmonton BMW could get me in for the date that I requested. So I figured I give them another shot after a year or 2 of not being there. So I went back there on May 6th to get my car service. Dropped it off, and got shuttle'd to West Edmonton Mall. I watched a movie to past some time until my car was done. They called me at 12:20 saying it was done and that the shuttle will call me to get picked up. I still had 30 minutes left on my movie but figured I should make my way back to where the guy dropped me off. So I grabbed a coffee and went to the exact location where the guy dropped me off and where he told me he was going to pick me up. An hour went by and I wondered where the xxxx this guy was. I called the dealership several times and no one in the service department would pick up. Left a voicemail, but didn't get a call back. Finally I called back again and spoke to the service department receptionist. Told her that I was still waiting, and she sent a different driver than who dropped me off. This guy didn't know where I was. He finally found me and by the time I was back to the dealership it had been over 2 hours. It took them 2 fricken hours to get me back from when the car was done. I was furious, I spoke to Carmen (my service advisor) about how pissed I was she kind of just shrugged me off and just basically told me that she did what she could with the circumstances. I told her I didn't know what to do, if I should walk out of there and never come back, or if I should speak to her manager. She told me her supervisor would call me on Monday. In writing this review it is now Wednesday, the supervisor was supposed to call me 2 days ago. I even emailed the supervisor with the whole situation that had happened and I haven't received a phone call or an email back. I don't think I've ever dealt with such an unprofessional place of business. With a name like BMW you would expect amazing customer service. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, I would tell them to run away from this place and go to ANYWHERE ELSE! More

I had been studying prices on this specific cars for a few months before I decided to walk into any dealership. I reviewed a few cars on the Edmonton BMW site and the auto trader site. When I stepped into the dealership I was greeted by staff with friendly hellos. I was introduced to terry shortly after. Terry had asked how my day was and introduced me to my salesman Connor. From the beginning, Connor was professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I was always greeted with refreshments and prompt service. The car was washed and ready to go for a test drive. I didn't have time to test drive that night but Connor quickly went over the features and I confrmed I was ok with the color, as my options were limited. The next day the test drive was spot on, and negotiations began. I had let them know they had two diff sale prices on two different websites. Sam and Connor were upfront and honest and started negotiating with me at the lower price That was advertised. From there I told them what I was after for a payment and $5000 down and we went from there. Sam and Connor knew I was a serious buyer and they respected my counter offers and the sale was great for both sides. They made there profit as they should and I received a great car with low mileage and my specs I was looking for. When we began to finalize everything Connor had gone around the car with me to inspect for damages dings and scratches or blemishes. He made note of everything that I had pointed out. EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF FROM BUMPER TO BUMPER. The detail shop did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the prompt service and call backs from Connor. My service reports from the car were presented to me and my Sirius xm radio was extended at no charge from the guys at Edmonton BMW. Connor is a hard worker who wants to meet all your needs when purchasing your BMW. When I got to finance to finalize payments, Brianna was no different than the others when I met her. Her friendly smile and service was second to none and the transition was seamless to wrap the deal up. The plate was taken care of along with my registration. Her professional attitude did not go unnoticed. Everything was explained to me before signing all documents. More
Over the Top - Bucket List "Check" I always talked about owning a Beemer Convertible, so when I turned 65, my friend and I came in "just" to look, well, the rest is history. First of I always talked about owning a Beemer Convertible, so when I turned 65, my friend and I came in "just" to look, well, the rest is history. First of all Richard and I went for a test drive and he was amazing explaining the car and building my confidence. I have not met anyone in sales so personable, generous, honest and accommodating from beginning to end. I couldn't have asked for better service at a dealership. Thank you, Richard!! Peter, went out of his way to provide me with extended Sirius XM service (really appreciated) and was very knowledgeable, excellent in simplifying the details of operation of this amazing vehicle and was very patient in providing all the answers to my many questions. Left me with a kind, genuine, "call me anytime" if I have further questions. Thank You Peter!! Briana in financing was awesome. Provided excellent service!! Friendly, down to earth and proficient in her line of work. Made the financial transaction less stressful, by providing the necessary preliminary details and then finalizing by registering and providing a new plate, saving me the extra mile. Thank you Briana!! All in all, I am grateful and appreciate the BMW hospitality and recommend everyone should own a BMW, specifically from EDMONTON BMW, and specifically a 435i xdrive Cabrio. Love it!! More
NO CAR On January 28,2017, My wife and I spent 6 hours customizing and picking out a vehicle with Justin Roh, the sales person. We agreed on a purchase price On January 28,2017, My wife and I spent 6 hours customizing and picking out a vehicle with Justin Roh, the sales person. We agreed on a purchase price of $55500.00. After that our salesperson went to his manager Sam and told us that we missed the February production, but our vehicle would go into the March production. Allowing us to have the vehicle delivered byApril 30, 2017. On April 11, 2017 my wife called the dealership to check on the status of the vehicle. She left a message with Briannna Miller, and a call was returned by Carla, informing us that our vehicle had not even gone into production yet. At that point I emailed Brianna and said that we were extremely confused by this, and it's best if we cancel the deal at this time. At that point Sam called me, stating that the car would go into production mid-May, and we would not receive it until mid-July. I told him this was unacceptable, that we had not heard from anyone at the dealership regarding the lateness of the delivery; we had in fact not heard from anyone since our initial visit in January. I requested a refund of the initial $5000.00 deposit and told him to cancel my order. At this point Sam tried to talk me out of cancelling, however as I explained to him, receiving a convertible in the middle of July in Edmonton was useless. I said I would wait until the fall to reorder and have the vehicle in the spring, not dealing with his dealership because of the lack of communication for three months. It is now April 18, 2017; I have called visa, and there is no refund showing on my credit card. I called Sam back at 1:00pm today. At 2:00pm a Terry called me back from the finance department and told me they couldn't process the refund because they didn't have a credit card number. This being the same credit card they took the initial deposit from. In the one weeks time, no one from the dealership called me to notify me they couldn't process the refund. I have since called visa again, and there is still no refund. I ask the dealership to send me proof of the refund and that still hasn't happened. This appears to be a breach of the free trade agreement. This dealership seems to be very good at selling vehicles they cant produce and taking deposits they cant refund. More

After the shop diagnosing it, the timing tensioner let go, causing timing to be way out, so needs replacement for $2550, after pricing around, they agreed to honor outside shops price for $1900 all in with an induction service, oil change and complete over haul of the timing, which was a great deal, super happy about that. However, I'm super displeased with Mini not offering to warranty there defective, known issue with the timing chain tensioners, it's a known issue and class action law suit in the US. But, whatever, for the price I'll get it fixed. After the repairs are done, Shawn told me the car doesn't run, needs spark plugs, so I authorize replacement even though I knew this wasn't the issue, and guess what... It wasn't the issue, I get told the piston rings are stuck and causing the issue, after they already replaced the timing kit, they THEN decide to do a leak down test ( anyone knows with an interference engine when timing let's go it'll most likely need a new head ) but they still were adamant that it wasn't the head. After being told numerous different stories, they realize that in fact there are bent exhaust valves, and get quoted more, even though they decided to waste 2000 of my money and not diagnose properly. After many discussions with the service manager, we finally come to an agreement they were in the wrong and I'll just pay for parts, so my total bill came to $2,550. They were nice at reasoning with me about the bill and allowed me to keep the car their for a couple of months, I was happy about the effort from Edwardo on that. Once I picked up the car, after five days of me driving, it burnt through 3 litres of oil.... Out of 4.2 it holds.... Ok, so I take it in again and they topped it up for free which was nice, asked to keep an eye on it, great. 3 days later, I'm down 1 litre, and the engine light starts flashing, and car running rough with it puking out blue smoke, panicked I get it to the dealership with no appointment. Dealt with Shawn again, got a shuttle back to my work, and received no call if it would be ready, I had to chase for info, only to get told they haven't even looked at it, awesome... They advised me I could drive it and bring it back, which I didn't trust but my only means of transportation I accepted. Brought it back the next day, no update at all, all day, until 400 rolls around and me yet again having to beg for an update, they didn't even know if it was ready... Told them to send a shuttle, got a taxi ride back and to my surprise a bill! No call with any quotes or ANYTHING! Yet they lied and put on the work order that I approved it... Please show me the email, signed copy of quote or call that I approved this, because I know I sure didn't. Finally the service manager tossed the keys at me and told me to leave and not to come back.... I find out after they put in a used ignition coil for a misfire on cylinder 1. Drove my car home and was working fine, next morning the engine lights back and driving like crap, I left two messages for the service manager with no calls back, finally got in touch with the GM, who was fairly pleasant to deal with and seemed semi concerned, offered to speak to service manager and get back to me, mean while i have a car that's not running properly and no solution or offer to help or even make an appointment... So, I took matters into my own hands, pulled the plugs and to find one "brand new" spark plug they replaced to be completely Fowled, and the others a bit wet, I cleaned them up, swapped the coils, and no code has yet returned. Something so simple that was overlooked just baffles me. If you want something fixed properly, do not bring it to these guys, you will be filled with disappointment, regret and the out right feeling of being treated like nothing. Unless you own a brand new BMW, you're nothing in their eyes. Even discovered they changed my email on file just so I wouldn't get an email from BMW about a CSI survey. I could go on for days about the deceit of this place, however, they know what they have done and wish do nothing about it, if anyone's looking for proof or more info regarding this, I will gladly sit down over coffee or a phone call. After test drivi Firstly, my husband and I had to seek out someone to help us. Secondly, the salesman Kevin was very pushy, condescending, and rude! After test driving a mini and getting pricing on the one we test drove he got very protective over his pricing sheet that my husband wanted to inspect and had quite an attitude about the questions we had. He became quite annoyed when we told him that we were not prepared to sign a deal right there and then and that we were going to shop around, he then literally got up and walked away in a huff, refusing a handshake. We will never go back there and will tell everyone we know what terrible customer service this place had to offer. So glad we walked away!!! More
Terrible costumer service Terry mah, the general sales manager is the rudest person I've ever met, after I cancelled my purchase I had to deal with him, he was not professional Terry mah, the general sales manager is the rudest person I've ever met, after I cancelled my purchase I had to deal with him, he was not professional at all, he lost his cool and took me and my girlfriend out side to talk freely, he was insulting us, making fun of us, and constantly lying to prove a point, what he didn't know is that we recorded the whole conversation, I tried to do something about it through amvic but they claimed to be always busy. Edmonton BMW took over $4000 from me, I tried talking to other managers but noone ever called me back or care at all, so my only advice is to avoid this dealership at any cause. More
