I used to have some issues a few years ago but I have been really really happy in the last This location has improved so much over the last few years. I used to have some issues a few years ago but I have been really really happy in the last year. All of the reception girls are so kind and friendly. Lisa always remembers my name and takes extra care to make sure I have everything I need. Selina always goes above her call of work to have a personal chat with me and make sure I am always updated about the status of my car in the service shop. The check in lady is always offering me coffee and pastries which is sweet of her but also hard to resist! If I don't request a loaner car, I actually don't mind as much because they have BMW shuttles now to drop you off which makes getting a ride from them feel like the luxury experience it should be. I give them full stars all around. More

Worse dealership for sales and service Bought my 3 series with 9000km. First week timing cover and chain was replaced under warranty .Since then never ran right .My daughter took the car ba Bought my 3 series with 9000km. First week timing cover and chain was replaced under warranty .Since then never ran right .My daughter took the car back several times and they said nothing wrong .They were also to order trim pce which they never did.Now my car was running like a tractor .Took it to Bavaria was greeted with a very nice service advisor .The parts guy was so helpful as well.Got a call today that my turbo is gone and Edmonton BMW said nothing wrong .Got a call from GM of Edmonton BMW that i was rude to his staff.well Mr if you pay so much for a car and it does not run right and at the time of purchase was told loaner cars are free what is a customer suppose to do .Take a bus or a taxi everywhere .Come on Edm BMW learn from Bavaria.
