A truly bad experience, with a HOSTILE Service Manager I only went in for a recall on the passenger side airbag, that's it. They call me back and say they found all kinds of leaks - power steering leak was bad, multiple bad oil leaks but not sure from where, and rear springs need replacing, total cost of over $3,500. (Scary when THEY did an inspection just 10 months ago and none of these issues were present.) I asked just how severe the "bad" leaks were and they didn't know - I asked them to look at the fluid levels to determine the SEVERITY of these "bad" leaks and tech said he would look, and then recommended an engine shampoo... 3 hours later they say they found the engine oil leak, was the oil pan gasket, but STILL hadn't looked at the fluid levels. So technician looks while I'm on the phone and finds all fluids are ABOVE full. Obviously if the fluid levels are full then the leaks aren't "bad" at all, they're just cosmetic! So I ask why they're charging me for the engine shampoo when the BMW TRAINED tech didn't do the simple, easy task of checking the fluid levels to begin with?? Eduardo the Service Manager then calls and is quite rude on the phone, when I ask for clarification on the severity of the leaks he insults me saying I don't understand English when in fact English is a second language for him AND the technician. He then refuses to service the car, demands I pick it up and tells me to take it elsewhere. He then re-emphasizes the power steering leak is substantial yet when I pressure him to confirm how that can be when the fluid level is ABOVE full he dodges the question completely! (And doesn't realize THEY topped up the fluids 10 months ago) The whole thing seemed like a dodgy Rip-Off scheme, with a truly Rude and Hostile service manager. If this is customer service at a luxury car dealership then they should shut their doors for good. More
Bad service from Parts Dept I called Edmonton BMW and talk to Carl from Parts. I was inquiring about the rims and winter tires, bolt pattern and offset of my vehicle I bought fro I called Edmonton BMW and talk to Carl from Parts. I was inquiring about the rims and winter tires, bolt pattern and offset of my vehicle I bought from them, I was told by this guy Carl in a rude way to go to my manual, I said Im in my work and I do not have my manual with me I even told him that I have my VIN of my vehicle he said it doesn't work that way. He is insisting to go to my manual. Is this laziness or bad customer service? I called Bavaria BMW and they answer all my questions by just giving them the VIN. Thats the kind of customer service we need and experience. All my services from now on will be for Bavaria BMW More

I've always hated buying cars since I purchased a car from southside mitsubishi years ago (seriously, worst day of my life)... So I was really nervous about buying again. I was expecting to feel pressure, to feel rushed and to feel cheated afterwards but that is the opposite of what I got at Edmonton bmw, My salesman Peter made me feel so comfortable with my decision and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a car (and an awesome deal!!!). He always made sure I understood everything and followed up to make sure everything was going well afterwards. The finance manager made everything go quickly and smoothly (I feared this part the most!). Peter also introduced me to staff and managers in other departments so that when I go back for oil changes there are already familiar faces and I don't need to feel lost and awkward. Buy a car from Peter Carol! LOVE LOVE LOVE my car!! More

The general attitude of their service dept really, really sucks. Called in to see if they could order me a $7 clip for my air filter that had broken off and was told that I would have to order a whole new at sucks. Called in to see if they could order me a $7 clip for my air filter that had broken off and was told that I would have to order a whole new attachment ($500ish) because they "don't sell the clips separately". The guy was a total dick. Phoned Bavaria and the service guy told me right away that they could order it no problem for me and it would only cost $7!. Wow, what scam artists over there at Edmonton BMW... Trying to dick me around and make me pay WAY more than I had to because he was too lazy/stupid/arrogant/felt I was wasting his time or something. More
I have finally decided to buy my dream car ! BMW has been on the top of my list for many years and after meeting with the good people at Edmonton BMW have decided to make my purchase there. I was impressed with the staff who served me because of their knowledge and their respect for me as a customer. I was never pressured or pushed to buy anything, even when I said I was going to purchase a new car. It made my decision to buy at Edmonton BMW very easy. I was given a personal tour of their dealership which reassured me that I had made the right choice. The building was immaculate, the service department was clean and tidy and the parts department was well organized and staffed with knowledgeable people. I will be driving away in my new "Beemer" next week !! Thanks to everyone at Edmonton BMW !! More

Recently went in, ready to buy a car that day, and walked out with nothing because they had built a price quote that was $5,000 above the actual price of the car (I knew this because I did my research on what the price of the car actually was before going in to the dealership). Never expected this from a BMW dealership. I don't understand how BMW would hire such managers who do business like this. Also seemed like the managers knew absolutely nothing about the cars and were only focused on selling the car and how "it would fit so perfectly in my driveway". Honestly makes me laugh if I think about how smart they think they are. More
In short, because the problem didn't show up in the scope they were lost. Was charged to change a fuel pump regulator and filter which didn't need fixed. 535 dollars . My car was in the shop again and they gave a quote for another 1700 to replace the fuel pump etc. Wrong ! Changed out the fuel injectors myself and problem solved ! Wasted my time and money. Brutal mechanics. I called to complain and never heard back More
