Strange new world, 4 months for delivery of my new vehicle, was promised delivery dates twice before my actual pick up! Ended up with a different color than originally ordered to be able to receive i vehicle, was promised delivery dates twice before my actual pick up! Ended up with a different color than originally ordered to be able to receive it in time for my Florida trip! My 4th car from Durham, and my most difficult experience! Sales team tried their best to keep me calm and informed but a whole different time then my previous 3 vehicles! Still love the Brand and driving experience, and not sure of what the future brings! RUN! ! These guys are a bunch of crooks! Their website advertises the MSRP of the vehicle and their fine print states that this price includes all fees (as ! These guys are a bunch of crooks! Their website advertises the MSRP of the vehicle and their fine print states that this price includes all fees (as per Ontario consumer MVD Act law for vehicle sales). They then try to add "administration" fees of up $899 !. Also beware of the $450 "anti theft" window sticker and the $115 set of wheel nuts ($22 on Amazon) that they'll tell you are non-negotiable. Take your business to an honest dealership. Report these crooks to OMVIC if they charge you admin fees! More
