Dave provided me with a spare tire and the tools, as well as ordering winter mats at KIA's cost. Jessie demonstrated the cars features and made sure all were set to my requirements. Jose, Dave, Jessie and the Financial team were very attentative to my needs in a professional and friendly manner. The detailing was not up to my standards, specks of pink paint were left on my car, the outside and inside vinyl parts were not very clean as well as the carpeting and mats needed further cleaning. Overall the experience at Durham KIA was very good and I would recommend family and friends to purchase vehicles. More
