Our family had bo When Rick Fields recently moved from another Hyundai dealership to take on the GM role at Crowfoot Hyundai I felt I owed him a call. Our family had bought several Hyundais with Ricks involvement previously and I always felt I had been treated fairly. I of course gave the historical dealership first chance to retain my business but it didn't feel the same. Some things didn't make sense to me in my quote or trade in value being offered. Without sharing any details, except for the car I was interested in, Rick provided me with a very competitive price quote, and explained it all so it made sense. He even took the time to personally take me on a test drive of the vehicle as it hadn't been offered at the previous dealership - probably because it was in the showroom. So we did the deal. On the day of delivery, the delivery was handed over to a sales rep that I was introduced to. Details of the vehicle, and all accessories were carefully explained. The personal service was exceptional, as I would only expect when Rick is involved. To be clear, I will continue to go to my previous dealer for servicing as the service manager has always provided exceptional service. He has earned, and therefore deserves, our loyalty. Although I am confident under Ricks leadership I would have no concerns having my vehicle serviced at Crowfoot. Well done to all that I had the pleasure, yes I said "pleasure", of dealing with.
