I admit that a few years ago I was not impressed with the service at all, to the point I was going to drive across town to get my service done. But they have turned it around completely. My service advisor Chris is awesome, very knowledgeable, always friendly and seemingly on top of everything. I would highly recommend this service department ( especially Chris although the other two seem very friendly) to everyone. As an added bonus whenever I call a human answers. More

Oh and oddly enough it isn't free. $1500 for both. Of course this does include the proper recommended service as per the manual provided by Hyundai Canada. Their reasoning is that because we live in the Canadian Rockies that is considered extreme driving conditions. Really? Hyundai advertises the Santa Fe as being built for Canadian weather and winters. Not once was I asked how many of the kilometers were actually driven in what they call "extreme" conditions. Had they done so I would have informed them that most of the distance was spent touring on hiways in Canada and the US and not in mountainous winter conditions. Anyone not mechanically inclined might easily be taken in by what I consider to be a ruse to improve bottom line income. Surely they cannot be so uncertain of Hyundai major components that they must be given excessive maintenance cosideration to my financial detriment. Seriously? It would be much less expensive for me to buy a brand new transmission and put it in storage as insurance against the inevitable failure due to living in Canada and driving a Santa Fe under normal Canadian conditions. It would certainly be cheaper than paying the service charges this dealership wants for the transmission alone over what should be a long life for a top line Hyundai. $55000 spent and apparently more to come. Private qualified mechanic here I come. More
Poor interest in customer I went to this Hyundai dealership to make a final selection of a new Santa Fe XL and also, most importantly, to get a trade-in appraisal of my old veh I went to this Hyundai dealership to make a final selection of a new Santa Fe XL and also, most importantly, to get a trade-in appraisal of my old vehicle, with the aim of getting the final purchasing price pinned down. I was also considering 2 other brands and mentioned this to them - Hyundai was my first choice and also my first stop for the day... I was initially greeted very friendly, shown the vehicle and offered a test drive which was also completed. Upon reviewing the final purchase price, the Sales Manager refused to provide me with a trade-in appraisal, stating that only after I selected the Hyundai as my final choice, would he provide me with an appraisal value. Really? I ended up purchasing the Hyundai Santa Fe XL from Country Hills Hyundai in Calgary - they at least gave me an appraisal plus excellent service. The Crowfoot sales department do not really want your business, but Country Hills wants it and also treats you that way! More

I bought my 2012 here and had an amazing experience then and the professional, friendly, family-oriented experience continues. I loved my 2012 Tucson and would not have been bothered if I had to keep it but after test driving the 2015 and the staff going above and beyond with a new deal for the 2015 I decided to do a trade-in. I will definitely be telling all my colleagues about Crowfoot Hyundai!! More

This was where I bought the 2012 and had been pleased with the car and Crowfoot Hyundai's service. Although I had planned on keeping the 2012, after a test drive in the new model we were able to work a deal that worked for me. More

The worst experience ever I took my Tucson (bought at the dealership) for a regular maintenance service. I also asked them to change over the tires and had brought my summer ti I took my Tucson (bought at the dealership) for a regular maintenance service. I also asked them to change over the tires and had brought my summer tires. I picked up my car, took it home and realized they had not put my winter tires in the vehicle. But it gets worse! I parked my vehicle in my driveway at noon and no one goes near it until the next morning when I am going to work. The vehicle won't start. I call a tow truck and spend $130 to have it towed to the dealership who had assured me I would be reimbursed if the problem was their fault. Turned out that someone (read service techs) had turned on the rear map light in the vehicle. When they told me that the map light had been turned on they told me it was the front map light however when I was in the vehicle trying to start it I checked all the front lights and nothing was on. So they lied and they refused to cover my tow bill. The staff promised the GM would phone me and he never did. Will never go there again!!!! More

He really made my husband and I feel comfortable and that we really could call with any question. Usually I feel rushed and Unimportant when buying a car and my experience with James was the complete opposite. Very happy :) More
Fantastic Team! I purchased 2012 Elantra back in August 2011, and due to my work commitments I managed to put 165,000 km on the vehicle in less than four years. Eve I purchased 2012 Elantra back in August 2011, and due to my work commitments I managed to put 165,000 km on the vehicle in less than four years. Even off warantee the service team continued to bend over backwards helping my keep my car maintained and were even able to get warantee exception on some expensive repairs, servicing my car for free and securing me a loaner in the interim! When it came time to look for a new vehicle I didn't even hesitate to return, and the sales staff had me into 2015 Elantra in less than a week from my initial visit. Thank you Crowfoot Hyundai for your continued dedication to customer service and satisfaction! More
