Connie I have chosen to respond in private as this review may have been posted prior to our discussions on this matter. I was somewhat surprised to see this review pop up after our discussion today. Surprised in that I thought we had found some common ground to move forward and try to repair the relationship but not surprised in how you felt about your service experience. Again, you have my heartfelt apology for what you experienced, there was a total lack of effective communication by the service personnel involved. We have chosen to take this event as a learning experience to help us provide not only you, but all our customers with a better service experience. We are working hard to try and have a service experience for all that equals your sales experience. We have now updated your service file to reflect your preference for synthetic oil on all your oil changes and have noted that your next oil change is on us. I am hopeful that your future service visits will be more reflective of what Crowfoot Hyundai wants to deliver and more importantly, what you and all customers deserve.
