He was very relaxed and did not try to pressure me when I told him that I wanted to test drive some competing products produced by other manufacturers as well. When I purchased the Santa Fe 2.0T Limited he provided a lengthy tutorial on my new vehicle before I drove it off the lot and followed it up with a phone call the next day to be sure that I was completely satisfied. I also enjoyed the negotiation process with Rick who I found to be both fair and honest. I also briefly dealt with Mark regarding registration, insurance and payment options. He to was very pleasant to deal with. More

Eventually gave them my minimum specs and approximate "all in price" and much to my surprise they came up with a new vehicle that came close, so we had a deal. The thing that separated Hyundai from all these brands was a) their generous warranty and b) the superb customer service that we received from Cody Smith at Crowfoot Hyundai. Cody's knowledge of Hyundai and his easy going nature made the vehicle buying process so smooth and comfortable for my husband and I. My husband and I purposefully dressed very casually when we went into Hyundai and Cody did not pass any judgment on us for this and you may thing it odd for me to mention this but we had just experienced this at the Ford dealership before coming to Crowfoot Hyundai (No sales person approached us at Ford and we were there for 30 minutes). We had received some conflicting information from a different Hyundai dealership and Cody set the record straight with me by showing me how and where he derived his information from. I feel very happy with the purchase that we made and would definitely recommend Crowfoot Hyundai to everyone and especially mention Cody. More

I found that the crowfoot staff were courteous and friendly and truly took pride in their customer service. My sales consultant was James Anglin who is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I first viewed the car on Saturday August 22nd and after taking a look around town at several other cars I realized that this one was the best deal for me. That evening I called James and told him that I would like to purchase the vehicle the following week. We had a verbal agreement, and I did not put any money down at that time. A couple of days later there were several other customers that offered to purchase the vehicle before I had the chance to put any money down. James stepped up, stayed loyal to our verbal agreement, and made sure that the other offers would not go through. This exemplified to me the extreme loyalty he has towards his customers. James was there with me throughout the entire sales process. He gave excellent advice and was willing to negotiate a deal with me that I was very satisfied with. On the financial side of things I dealt with Lana Kendrick, the financial services manager. Similar to James, she was knowledgeable and professional. She guided me through the finances, warranty, car protection plans and gave me insights from her own purchasing experiences. As with James, she was excellent. Couple weeks in, the car is running smoothly and I am a 100% satisfied customer. I had a great experience at this dealership and I highly recommend it for those that are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
