Lee is down to earth and great to deal with. Everyone is ready to help and explain any questions you may have. The service department is great but are hindered from repairing complaints till they actually observe the problem, so record it and show them the issue. If you decide to purchase the extended car care 'packages' offered make sure you fully understand how it applies to what damages and where you have to take vehicle for said damages, its a little more daunting than explained. I do appreciate how I'm treated and respected there, they don't dumb ya down and explain everything. More

We were late collecting our new Hyundai, which on a Friday evening at closing time could have been a problem, but not here, we simply walked through each step and was delighted when Cody even set up our bluetooth for us, well after closing time. When I purchased the Santa Fe 2.0T Limited he provided a lengthy tutorial on my new vehicle before I drove it off the lot and followed it up with a phone call the next day to be sure that I was completely satisfied. Knowledgeable, Transparent, Courteous and Down to earth We had been looking at a number of different SUVs from Jeep to GMC Terrain to the Ford Edge. The thing that separated Hyundai from all these brands was a) their generous warranty and b) the superb customer service that we received from Cody Smith at Crowfoot Hyundai. Cody's knowledge of Hyundai and his easy going nature made the vehicle buying process so smooth and comfortable for my husband and I. My husband and I purposefully dressed very casually when we went into Hyundai and Cody did not pass any judgment on us for this and you may thing it odd for me to mention this but we had just experienced this at the Ford dealership before coming to Crowfoot Hyundai (No sales person approached us at Ford and we were there for 30 minutes). We had received some conflicting information from a different Hyundai dealership and Cody set the record straight with me by showing me how and where he derived his information from. I feel very happy with the purchase that we made and would definitely recommend Crowfoot Hyundai to everyone and especially mention Cody. More
