We did not feel like we were talked into taking the 2015 Sonata as Daniel & Ron allowed us to take our time and they gave us options. As a result we are very happy owners of our new 2015 Sonata. Crowfoot Hyundai was the only dealership that we didn't feel pressured. We first met James Anglin and talked with him about the Santa Fe. He sat with us and explained the features of the different models. We liked his calm demeanour, knowledge and humour. After mulling it over for a few days we made an appointment and went for a test drive settling for a Santa Fe Sport Limited. We sat with Mark and easily arranged financing. Today we picked up our new vehicle. After getting the paperwork out of the way with Mark, James spent an hour showing us how to operate all of the new features before drove away. In my opinion you won't find a finer Sales Rep. than James. It was an easy comfortable experience. More

Months after said encounter I wandered into Crowfoot Hyundai and was helped out by James. He walked me through the features of both vehicles I was considering with fantastic knowledge of the vehicles, and off we went on test drives. It was a relief to go on a drive longer than two minutes to get the feel for the vehicles, and bring them up to a highway speed as that is were I do most of my driving. Mr. Anglin was extremely professional and personable, such an amazing change from my ordeal at the other dealership that used ridiculous pressure tactics. I sat on my decision for a few days, and returned to purchase on a Saturday. Lana was very quick and thorough on everything on her end, and within the week I had my brand new Tucson! James and Lana made for a stress free buying experience, and I cannot thank them enough! More

I'm so glad I came back into Crowfoot Hyundai to give them a chance to show me what they had. James was thorough in describing each vehicle to me - taking his time for me. This made me feel like I wasn't just a number buying a car. I fell in love with the vehicle and the people that work there. Any questions I had (no matter the time of day) I could call and have quickly addressed. Once I committed to a vehicle, the purchase process was a breeze. Everyone at crowfoot from Mark & Lana dealing with financing, to the receptionist, they all make you feel like a 'regular' or friend. My favourite part of dealing with James was that he doesn't feel like the stereotypical car salesman. He is great at staying on track with what you are looking for and offers a wide range of appropriate options. I love that this dealership sets itself apart from the competition by not trying to talk you out of what you want and need. So many dealerships rely on the bells, whistles and pressures to talk you into their one goal - the bigger price tag, rather than focusing on their customer service (which will win every time).
