Great service, great people I've taken my car here for warranty work a few times and its always been great dealing with the service staff, and the quality of work is always great I've taken my car here for warranty work a few times and its always been great dealing with the service staff, and the quality of work is always great, no matter where I move in the city I will continue to take my car to this dealership. The last time I brought my car in the service was particularly good. I bought my car used so I didn't have much details on the length of the warranty or the coverage, so one night I was at crowfoot Hyundai picking up my car from some warranty work that was done and I asked the receptionist for assistance, she sent me to Lanas office. All I asked for was some basic details on Hyundai's warranty but Lana actually went into Hyundais system looked at my vehicles info and found that the dealership I purchased it from (not a Hyundai dealership) had't bothered to change the ownership info of the car to my name, she also found out that my car had extended warranty purchased by the previous owner, a detail the dealership I purchased the car from forgot to mention while they were trying to sell me their own extended warranty. Lana was able to change the ownership info in Hyundai's system, so now I will get any important recall notices, and she transferred the extended warranty over to my name. she definitely went well beyond the basic service I asked her for and really helped me out. More

Overall pleased I came into Hyundai looking for a first car. James had come out and introduced himself, and listened to what our wants and expectations. He took us in to talk about the car we were looking at which was a Hyundai Elantra. He further explained why the car was great and the features it had. He brought up proof and throughly explained all its features, pros and cons. He is very patient and explains things slowly and gets into details and make sure any information isn't left out. Even after my car arrived he took a lot of time to explain the car to me and how it works from the inside out. The only thing is they forgot to instal something into my car, but it wasn't a big deal. We did not feel like we were talked into taking the 2015 Sonata as Daniel & Ron allowed us to take our time and they gave us options. As a result we are very happy owners of our new 2015 Sonata. Crowfoot Hyundai was the only dealership that we didn't feel pressured. We first met James Anglin and talked with him about the Santa Fe. He sat with us and explained the features of the different models. We liked his calm demeanour, knowledge and humour. After mulling it over for a few days we made an appointment and went for a test drive settling for a Santa Fe Sport Limited. We sat with Mark and easily arranged financing. Today we picked up our new vehicle. After getting the paperwork out of the way with Mark, James spent an hour showing us how to operate all of the new features before drove away. In my opinion you won't find a finer Sales Rep. than James. It was an easy comfortable experience. More
