"it still feels surreal" Jason B, Kent S, Justin W We entered this dealership out of pure curiosity and drove out of the show room in our new Hyundai Tucson sporting a large Jason B, Kent S, Justin W We entered this dealership out of pure curiosity and drove out of the show room in our new Hyundai Tucson sporting a large red bow on the hood! 🤗 We really had no intention of trading in our Sonata, we were truly happy with our car. It was white and it's body line features resembled that of a "great white shark". We entertained Jason by sitting down with him and as he spoke the transformation began. He asked us why we came in that day and I really didn't have an answer for him except to perhaps look at the new KONA that I have heard so much about. With that said, Jason offered to take us on a show room tour. Starting with a classy, fully loaded Santa Fe, although this SUV was extremely comfortable and beautiful we felt that it was to big for us. Moving on Jason then introduced us to the KONA, the "SUV for the city." As sweet as it is and quite charming, we felt it was a tad small and reluctantly walked away, slowly. At that point Jason suggested investigating the Tucson. Well, what a pleasant surprise! Let's take it for a test drive! Super comfy, complete package, perfect fit and yes even the perfect colour Jason! We then sat at Jason's desk and proceeded to play, what appeared to be a game of, pick your priorities, on the touch screen, "now be sure to choose wisely because this will be important later on".🤔 This was interesting, challenging and fun all in one. We then engaged the "battle rounds" and as some people may rate this as being a somewhat painful experience I encountered the opposite, I felt that they were working with us not against us as we watched Jason and Kent bring the numbers from too high, to too low, to just right for us, ensuring that both sides were happy with the final figure. Then... back to reality with Justin near the end. Wow! this is getting real! Justin tops it all off by finding us incredible financing that is both manageable and maintainable and will definatley help us in the long term and this is exciting! The sales team at Crowfoot Hyundai are truely amazing and their customer service is outstanding! Jason promised that he would call me to see how we are feeling about our decision and he kept his word, he called within 48 hours after purchase. From beginning to end we felt no pressure, we felt comfortable the entire time, we felt as though we've become a part of their family, in fact, they even invited us to simply stop in anytime, have a coffee, chat and hang out in their lounge area. We will certainly take them up on that and when we do, we will bring Werthers for Kent because we now know how much he likes them 😉 Thank You so much Crowfoot Hyundai, it still feels surreal 😃 More

First Time Dealer Purchase - A Great Experience! My partner and I recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe XL from Crowfoot Hyundai. Overall, it was a great experience! We are both students, and pu My partner and I recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe XL from Crowfoot Hyundai. Overall, it was a great experience! We are both students, and purchasing this vehicle was a noteworthy financial commitment for us. Having visited a number of dealerships in Calgary (Hyundai and others) I have to say that this was the only location where we didn't feel pressured to move forward through the purchasing process until we were ready, and until we found something we liked. We had a really great product advisor, Trip Sanhu. Trip was with us during the process, from start to finish. Before visiting the dealership we were not overly familiar with Hyundai's products. However, Trip made a concerted effort to really explain everything and to understand what we were looking for in a vehicle. After landing on the Santa Fe XL, he took us through all the trim levels one-by-one to make sure we were getting the features we wanted without going over our budget or paying for features we didn't need. I was really impressed with Trip's availability; as my partner and I were discussing our options and running numbers, we'd often come up with additional questions. Trip was always available via text or cell, and in one instance he even offered to modify his work schedule to meet at the dealership when it worked for us. During the purchase process we also had the opportunity to meet with some other dealership staff: Luke R. (Sales Manager), Justin W. (Finance Manager), and Nels Kelly (General Manager). I have nothing but good things to say about our dealings with these folks. At no point in the process did we feel like we were "just another customer". Luke and Nels worked hard to put a good deal together for us, and ultimately, it was the best price we could find on a Santa Fe among all the Hyundai dealers we visited. Justin was also able to work with us to manage our unique financial situation (i.e. both students) and move the purchase process forward. If you're looking at purchasing a Hyundai, or if you're not sure what you want just yet, I'd recommend stopping into the dealership in Crowfoot and chatting with Trip about your options. More

Jason was extremely knowledgable, professional, and very personable for a sales person. We usually dislike sales people because in our experience, they are generally pushy. We were back a few different times after thinking about our purchase. We were also deciding between two different demo vehicles. We spoke prices with Shane and felt he was a little pushy and less professional than we would have liked. Jason was very patient with us as we wanted to make sure we made the right decision for us. We came to the decision to purchase a new Santa Fe Sport Limited. We were able to work with Luke to get a great price on it and we are very happy. We have so far had a great experience at this dealership and continue to have positive experiences when we need something. Jason is awesome!! More
