DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! I purchased a brand new vehicle less then 3 weeks ago and have been completely screwed over. Miles Wooley is a new sales person I dealt with, seems great at the time but not overly less then 3 weeks ago and have been completely screwed over. He brought in Raj Nv to help with negotiating (very, very pushy) and Jason Odland the finance manager will push warranties, maintenance packages etc and not explain any of the financing details to you. They pulled the sheets over my eyes with free trips, oil changes and gift cards while not explaining they will be adding over $13k to my loan for “negative equity” on my trade in, even though they gave me a trade in allowance that cleared my previous loan. Managements (Aldo Holloway and Tom Dwyer) response to this is “paperwork is paperwork, nothing we can or will do for you.” You will be completely brushed off once you sign anything. Absolutely zero integrity in this dealership and very slimy sales tactics. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I now have an active case opened with AMVIC! More

Ray and Dave were fabulous to deal with. Had a horrible experience the last time I bought a Jeep at Crowfoot in 2019 with the Sales Department, but Dave in Finance made the experience in 2019 smooth and wo experience the last time I bought a Jeep at Crowfoot in 2019 with the Sales Department, but Dave in Finance made the experience in 2019 smooth and wonderful. Only reason I went back to Crowfoot was because of Dave. When I was interested in getting a new Jeep in 2020 - I called Dave as I wasn't comfortable with anyone on the Crowfoot Sales team. Dave set me up with Ray. Ray was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't recommend speaking with anyone at Crowfoot other than Dave in Finance and Ray in Sales. More
