We were working on a deal to purchase a vehicle at Crowfoot, at first everything went smoothly and the deal was on its way to completion, that was until we went through the math and found that this de Crowfoot, at first everything went smoothly and the deal was on its way to completion, that was until we went through the math and found that this dealer failed to disclose the fact that they were going to charge us freight on the vehicle twice without disclosing it to us (an extra $2095), they whited out the freight charges on the window sticker they emailed us, and proceeded to add it into our offer to purchase along with the AC tax for a second time as well also and additional $100. Their reason was they brought the vehicle from another dealer, which they failed to tell us beforehand, then when asked why they didn't disclose this information to us at the time of dealing, I was told that, our salesman replied with "I was busy with another customer, and didn't realize I hadn't told you". do yourself the favour and add up the numbers before you commit to anything at this dealership, as it seems this isn't the first time they have tried to do this to customers. BEWARE!! More

Bought our first new Jeep Cherokee from Ray. He was great and informative. We had to purchase an upgraded model due to lack of inventory for the options we wanted and it turned out to be a blessing, a great and informative. The only downside to our experience is we ended up purchasing a demo model with ~5000kms on it and we tried to look at every angle to ensure all was pristine still and the perfect cleaning/buffing job hid a couple scratches on the back bumper from what appears to be luggage bag dragged out of the hatch. That is on us for not being "buyer beware" enough. A great experience all around and recommend Ray! More

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! I purchased a brand new vehicle less then 3 weeks ago and have been completely screwed over. Miles Wooley is a new sales person I dealt with, seems great at the time but not overly less then 3 weeks ago and have been completely screwed over. Miles Wooley is a new sales person I dealt with, seems great at the time but not overly knowledgeable on the vehicles or paperwork. He brought in Raj Nv to help with negotiating (very, very pushy) and Jason Odland the finance manager will push warranties, maintenance packages etc and not explain any of the financing details to you. They pulled the sheets over my eyes with free trips, oil changes and gift cards while not explaining they will be adding over $13k to my loan for “negative equity” on my trade in, even though they gave me a trade in allowance that cleared my previous loan. Managements (Aldo Holloway and Tom Dwyer) response to this is “paperwork is paperwork, nothing we can or will do for you.” You will be completely brushed off once you sign anything. Absolutely zero integrity in this dealership and very slimy sales tactics. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. I now have an active case opened with AMVIC! More
