From the time he provided service to my wife and two children with the proper introduction to test drive, to the next day car selection, preparation and pickup (yes, it took us less than 24 hours from visiting the dealer to driving the brand new van home.) Mr. Raj Nv showed professionalism throughout the process: 1) providing adequate attention to my wife and test drive, 2) exhibiting patient and willingness in negotiation, 3) providing support in selections and tight delivery timeline, 4) giving us a sense of mutually beneficial closing deal, and 5) explaining thoroughly the functionality of the entire vehicle at delivery despite the fact that we were not the only customers for him that day. In addition, Kevin in Finance Department was a great guy to work with and our finance process (including Protection and Extended Warranty) was hassle-free and smooth.
