He is by far the BEST salesmen I have ever dealt with during my car search. Jason has great listening skills, he was professional and honest. I also appreciated that he was not pushy like the other salesmen at other dealerships. He was great to work with and I would definitely recommend anyone whom is looking for a vehicle to go see Jason. After buying the car he also took the time to follow up with me. I believe many salesmen can learn skills from Jason. He truly provided myself and my fiancée the best customer service in the car industry. Thank you Jason!! More

We have spent a month looking for a used vehicle and it wasn't until we arrived at Crowfoot Dodge and met with Nathan did we feel like a somebody. He really listened to what we wanted and was able to find the right fit for us. We are now the proud owners of a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It is great to see a dealership empower there staff to deliver a great experience from start to finish. More

We have been in the market for a new used vehicle for some time, and we have done our homework by researching what’s hot and what’s not in the market. We finally settled on a Jeep. After spending countless hours, and many gray hairs listening to Slick Salespeople, we made a visit to Crowfoot Dodge. That is where we met Nathan Tomilson. Nathan is what I would call a breath of fresh air. He didn’t try to up-sell us or sell us something we didn’t want. He “LISTENED” to us and what we wanted. He actually took care of us. When we went to pick up the vehicle it was in pristine condition. It was washed and detailed inside and out, and full of gas. The vehicle had also undergone a complete Mechanical Fitness Assessment, which included an oil change. Nathan even took the time to walk us through all the features and show us how to set things up and use them. Everything was done for us – all we had to do was start it and drive away. Now this may seem like nothing out of the ordinary but there is one thing that really impressed us, and showed us what a star Nathan is – while we were looking at the vehicle we made some comments to each other about the tires and said they would have to be replaced before winter came. To our great surprise when we picked the vehicle up it had four brand new tires on it. We didn’t request these and they were not part of the negotiations. They were something that this young man did on his own because he listened! So the short version of this story is this: if you are in the market for a vehicle, new or used, you should go and talk to Nathan at Crowfoot Dodge. He will listen to you and take care of what you really want! More

By far the best I've ever had and I've owned quite a few vehicles so dealt with a lot of judgemental salesman. Jason did everything he could to get me all the information I need. Let me take out the exact vehicle I wanted for a test drive (other dealers didn't). Got me a great deal on the vehicle and bought the vehicle instantly. 2 days later the vehicle was all clean and ready to be picked up. All in all I highly recommend this dealer and product advisor! I was pushed into making a decision more quickly than planned because of a car accident. The day I picked up my rental car, I visited Crowfoot Dodge. Liisa noticed my rental car and immediately went out of her way to help me out. She was very attentive and friendly throughout the entire purchase process. Thanks to Liisa for all her help! More

Wasn't pushy, gave us space and time to discuss alone about the purchase. Answered all questions, very simple and straight forward sale. Only bad part about this sale was waiting until 5:30pm for a scheduled 4:15pm appointment with the financial manager to get the final details in order. Had to leave work early just to sit and wait for over an hour. Would still recommend this dealership and this salesman. More
Worst experience imaginable. Sold illegally repaired truck. I purchased a leftover 2015 Ram 2500 from Crowfoot Dodge in Calgary after finding it on a price comparison website. I live in High Level, AB which is I purchased a leftover 2015 Ram 2500 from Crowfoot Dodge in Calgary after finding it on a price comparison website. I live in High Level, AB which is about a 12 hour drive to Calgary. I knew the selection in High Level was minimal so I accepted that I would have to travel to purchase a vehicle. Once I found the truck at Crowfoot and made an inquiry I was contacted by a sales associate. The website I used claimed the vehicle to be over priced and the salesman said they could match the "fair market value" price that the website was stating. I said great, as it was a price drop of nearly $6000. However as our email correspondence continued, the salesman back peddled and said that in fact they could not match that price. I was disappointed but stayed in contact and came to agree upon a different price which was still lower than their original asking price. The salesman was pushy for a deposit to hold the vehicle but since it had already been there for over a year I wasn't concerned with them selling it. I had them run my credit and discussed options regarding interest and down payments. After some time we came to an agreement. I put a deposit down and scheduled a time to travel down and purchase the vehicle. After travelling the 12 hours to Calgary I met with the salesman upon my arrival. Saw the truck and went for a drive. I really liked it and was happy with the terms we had discussed. I waited for about 45 minutes in the lobby for the finance manager, which was annoying since I had taken the time to schedule a time to purchase and was not just a walk-in but fine these things happen. The salesman then lead me into the back room to deal with the finance manager and this is when things went awry. The finance manager quoted me a much higher interest rate than was given to me by the salesman. I said that wasn't the agreed upon rate and he told me that the rate I was given was through a local credit union and was available only to Calgary residents, which they knew full well I was not as I had to travel nearly 1200km to make the purchase. I was very upset and told them I would absolutely not accept that rate. At which point I stormed out and was ready to back out of the sale. I was extremely aggravated as I had travelled all that way for nothing now. I saw the salesman outside and we chatted about the terrible back end dealing and I informed him I was walking out on the deal. He said to wait he'll have a talk with the manager and the finance guy. After more waiting he asked me to come back into the finance office because they had found me a more acceptable rate. The new rate still wasn't as good as the original but much better than what had been quoted when I arrived. I couldn't understand why the finance manager hadn't given me that option in the first place after I told him the rate was unacceptable. He said his hands were tied, which they clearly were not. Fine. Now with this new rate I told him I wanted to put $10 000 down. At that point he told me if I put that down my rate would increase significantly. Again I was irrate as I know that's a lie. The bank gives me a rate based on my credit not how much money I do or don't put down. If anything a lesser borrowed amount should lower the rate. I knew they would make more money off the financing if they had me borrow more money. He flat out told me I could go directly to the bank and pay that 10 grand off and lower my cost of borrowing in the long run but he could not accept it at the dealership. By this point I was livid. I had travelled all this way and these guys were totally jerking me around with straight up stealership tactics. Finally after arguing for nearly 20 minutes he agreed to let me put $4000 down and get the acceptable interest rate. I reluctantly accepted as I did really like the truck. Fine, I own the truck. I should be happy right? Well it continues. Issue #1: The paperwork stated the truck had 1585 km on it. The truck actually only had 217km on it. When I brought this up the finance manager shrugged it off saying it was in my favour so no problem right? Well I know that fudging sales paperwork is actually a crime but he was correct in that it was in my favour so I didn't push the matter. Issue #2: I arranged to have the truck undercoated before I arrived. They had nearly two weeks prior knowledge of me coming down. When I picked the truck up it was raining and I drove it all the way to Hinton for work and then home to High Level. When I arrived in High Level I noticed my $400+tax undercoat job was coming off and I don't mean in a spot or two, EVERYWHERE was peeling. I contacted the finance manager and he responded with nothing more than the phone numbers of the local Dodge dealerships and stated that First Canadian Protection Plan worked with these places and they would fix it. Are you kidding?? I shouldn't have to "fix" it. It was a brand new 400 dollar undercoat job done by "professionals". Fine. At this point I knew the kind of people these guys were and I was done dealing with them. Issue #3: Now here's the really big deal. A few weeks later I was washing and waxing my new truck. I noticed the headlight was loose in it's socket. I thought to myself "aw jeez, someone hit my truck with a car door or a shopping cart or something and broke my light". Being mechanically inclined I disassembled the light and everything that needed to come apart to get at it. Once I had the light out I noticed all the tabs were broken off it, it had bodyfill on it and there was paint overspray all over the margins of it. What!!!?? NO WAY right? Bodyfill and paint on my brand new truck?? I contacted the general sales manager and explained my issue to him stating the truck had clearly been in an accident and it was not disclosed to me. His response was a lazy "here's the clean car proof pulled yesterday" and attached the report. Now I'm not a genius but I think anyone with half an ounce of brain power could tell from seeing the paint overspray and bodyfill that this truck had been repaired. And obviously they didn't go through the proper channels to have it repaired so that they wouldn't have a brand new truck with an accident on the car proof. I was more than upset. I contacted Chrysler Canada and they put me in touch with the "Operations Manager" whatever that is. He stated there wasn't really anything he could do unless I brought the truck in. I told him I'm 1200km away and I only have one headlight, I absolutely cannot bring the truck in. He said he understood and he couriered a new headlight up the next day and I installed it. I thought that would fix things but looking at the fender it's definitely filled with bodyfill and distorted. Others maybe can't tell but I can. I can see the shotty bodywork and the unstraight lines on the fender. The headlight doesn't sit properly against it and it doesn't match the other side. I know the truck was smashed and these crooks covered it up. I could not get time off from work to travel down to have them look at it as it was not going to be a quick pop in and out fix so now I have to live with it. This was hands down the worst purchasing experience I can even imagine. It's like something out of a movie. These guys had absolutely zero professionalism and furthermore are actually breaking the law. It's sad people can treat customers like this especially after I travelled all that way to take a truck off their hands they couldn't get rid of. Looking back maybe they had it so long because it was smashed and then covered up. Whatever the case was, these people should have their dealer license revoked and be put out of business so no one else has to go through what I have. Shame on Crowfoot Dodge for being such crooks!
