Oustanding Customer Service and Buying Experience! I recently purchased a fully loaded 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk at Crowfoot Dodge after being completely over quoted at another dealership. From the I recently purchased a fully loaded 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk at Crowfoot Dodge after being completely over quoted at another dealership. From the moment I walked in, Raj made me feel comfortable and at ease, There were absolutely no high pressure sales tactics or games, and I greatly appreciated Raj's honesty. He was dedicated to getting me the vehicle I wanted at the payment I was willing to pay, bottom line. The sales manager, Justin, was also very personable and accommodating. Even though I was getting such a good deal on the vehicle, he valued my time as a new customer and even added dealership incentives to sweeten the deal. Dave in finance was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer care. As my husband was heading out of town for work the following day, Dave stayed past his shift just to ensure all of the paperwork was complete in time for me to pick up the vehicle the following day. I am amazed by how much everyone went above and beyond to make my purchase of a new vehicle such a positive experience! Thanks so much! More

I was taken care of with honesty and respect that instantly made me feel comfortable buying my first brand new vehicle. From the financing to driving off the lot in my fresh new wheels It was a totally smooth process. I have had nothing but a great experience since buying my new jeep, even help with changing the hard to soft top. I recently had some damage done to my new baby while washing her up at an automatic car wash and had another fabulous experience with 2 other sales guys from crowfoot dodge, Aftab and Arash. They went out of their way on a Friday evening before close to help me manage my situation until I could get in to service for repair. Crowfoot doge is set apart by the care the give their customers even after they leave the lot. More

Misrepresentation of Pricing Wasted many hours at this dealership. Long story short, I made a reasonable offer to purchase a new vehicle, based on the price I was quoted by produc Wasted many hours at this dealership. Long story short, I made a reasonable offer to purchase a new vehicle, based on the price I was quoted by product advisor Dong Yang (and radio ad!). He filled out a purchase order and went to get approval from a sales manager. A few minutes later Dong returned to me with his supervisor who explained that the price for the vehicle was $3000 MORE than the asking price that had been quoted! I questioned this, as what had brought me into this dealership was a radio spot quoting the original price. No one could give me a proper answer. I left the dealership feeling like I had been dealt with dishonestly. Buying a car shouldn't seem like a game! Needless to say I will never set foot in that dealership again. I have already told potential car buyers to AVOID Crowfoot Dodge. More

Go to Varsity instead Don't waste your time at Crowfoot. They overcharged me on my extended warranty by over $2000. Who pays over $3000 for extended warranty?! I didn't kno Don't waste your time at Crowfoot. They overcharged me on my extended warranty by over $2000. Who pays over $3000 for extended warranty?! I didn't know that wasn't normal at first. The new/used vehicle I purchased kept having issues starting a week after buying it. I had to come into the dealership about 6 times in the 3 months of owning this car. It felt like they didn't want to help me at all. I bought from a dealership because I wanted to spare myself the trouble of having surprises from an unknown car (like off Kijiji). Everytime I came in the service guy would refuse to pull the code for my engine light, just because it was a weekend. Luckily there are a couple nice people there that did it for me anyways... I was lucky that time. They also tried to make me pay the "diagnostic fee' and well as the "warranty deductible". Varsity's doesn't even have a deductible or a diagnostic fee. If i paid those fees everytime I've been there I would be out close to $600! They also make you pay for a "mandatory" "First Canadian Platinum Security Protection Guarantee" that costs almost $400. This is NOT MANDATORY. It's only mandatory at Crowfoot. Varsity doesn't do this. All it is a sticker inside the panels of your car so that the police can trace your car parts if they are stolen and stripped for parts. I've heard that the police don't even use this. Not to mention that they make you pay all sorts of fees like "Delivery prep/fuel" - which should be included in my opinion. Needless to say I got really fed up, and switched to Varsity. And I am way happier. Don't get me wrong, the people at crowfoot are mostly friendly, but their service and their stupid little costs are not in the best interest in the customer. More
