Alex in service saved the day On Monday I visited service with a crisis ... electrical problem draining the battery ... Alex initially said service was booked til Friday ... but I On Monday I visited service with a crisis ... electrical problem draining the battery ... Alex initially said service was booked til Friday ... but I was leaving on a 14 hour trip in two days. Alex said he would try to 'get me in'. Four hours later I received a call that the problem was a dead cell in the battery and it had been replaced and all was well. This meant I was able to take my trip with the confidence that Courtesy had fixed the problem. Alex always listens and delivers on my needs in a very pleasant manner. More
