I recently had some issues with the service department that largely centred on poor communication. But after sitting down with Kyle, I was absolutely amazed at the sincerity, the concern, and the massive that largely centred on poor communication. I have never been the recipient of such a high level of customer service! Indeed I can’t ever recall of even hearing of customer service such as that which I have received today. The purpose of this post is to address a old cliche of "your great customer service experience ends when the dealership loses sight of your tail lights" THIS WAS NOT THE CASE in my case. I had a wonderf "your great customer service experience ends when the dealership loses sight of your tail lights" THIS WAS NOT THE CASE in my case. I had a wonderful post purchase experience. I had a minor trouble shooting issue with my F-250 (that was purchased from Courtesy) and called Courtesy to see if they could assist me on it even though they had no obligation to support me on this. I had a great experience with Dave Gibbs as well as Stephen Skutovich on this matter. They took on my matter for me and had me attend the service department and helped me see it through. So to top it off the service people were great as well. What a wonderful experience yet again with Courtesy Ford and specific named staff. More
