The service department is a gong show. Juan, the Service Manager, needs to learn how to provide better customer service and ensure that the information on file is correct. I was originally told over the phone by the front desk that my recall work would take 1.5 hours. When I dropped my vehicle off at 11:00 am for my scheduled appointment, I had no idea that a 1.5-hour job would take 6 hours. I was even told on the phone by Juan that the recall notice stated the dealer has 6 hours, but that was not the case as the notice had nothing of the sort (I even brought it in and showed him). I called in at about 4:00 pm to get an update, and they couldn't even find the vehicle because Juan failed to confirm that the information on my file was up to date (and it still isn't; my address, plate, and phone number are still wrong on the invoice that I received). Anyways, 6 hours and 4 minutes later, my car was done. If Juan would have called or said when I dropped it off, 'we are swamped, is it fine if we put your car off until 3 or so,' I would have probably been okay with it. Overall, a terrible experience complete with poor communication and a lack of respect for people's time. More
