There was no haggling,a most satisfying experience I have purchased Ford products from Colony for the past twenty years ,have always found your sales and service staff to be very helpful ,efficient,kno I have purchased Ford products from Colony for the past twenty years ,have always found your sales and service staff to be very helpful ,efficient,knowledgeable and quick to assist.Let me give an example,I was having difficulty coordinating the garage door opener on my new Fusion Titanium to the garage opener.I mentioned this to Mike Haberle the salesman I purchased my last two vehicles from.He offered to drop by my house on his way home to assist with the problem.He was able to rectify the problem in a few minutes..He was very amiable,considerate and a pleasure to deal with.Who offers at home service these days?I would reccomend Mike to all my friends who are interested in a new car. Suppose to be a new MKC I guess I have had the worst luck with this dealership right from service to sales. I took back my Escape to exchange for a new vehicle and bought a L I guess I have had the worst luck with this dealership right from service to sales. I took back my Escape to exchange for a new vehicle and bought a Lincoln MKC. Even though I love the car now it was a longtime coming. The sales person who help me (Richardo) had no idea what he was selling me and things that he told me were options on the car where never there. I am disappointed all the way around. As I leased my escape I had no choice but to return to Colony Ford to return it. So I bought a car which I have no clue what kind of features are on it. Have not seen what the sticker price was or is. It was sold as a demo to me however it was full of issues: 1. did not have a back privacy cover (Richardo tried to say this model does not come with it - bunch of xx as they all come with the privacy cover) 2. dent in the front side bumper (it was fixed after the fact - HOWEVER WHY WAS IT MISSED IN THE FIRST PLACE DURING THE DETAILING OF THE CAR.) 3. Rim on the passenger side is all marked up (just noticed this after washing the car for the first time) So it did not come with all the features I was told, car has/had minor defects. The thing that gets me is there is a scuff mark on the upper bumper on the back and instead of giving me a free screen to protect it as the detailing did not fulling cover the mark they want me to purchase a protecting screen I am assuming full price. This crap show cost me $49,000 and I am pissed. This dealership has been a horrible place for me to deal with for the last 3 years and now I have another vehicle from them due to a lease. So to say the least any of my friends who drive a Ford I ask them not to use this dealership. I will not return to this dealership in the future for any kind of service as I will find another dealership. One thing with a Lincoln the guarantee is when they service your vehicle for anything they are to wash it before it is given back to you. I had to leave the vehicle there for them to repair the dent and when I picked the Lincoln up it was never washed. Hate this dealership and the only time they want to correct their mistakes is when to write a complaint, other than that you will never hear from them again. More
