Glenn brought to scope my lifestyle changes to consider models and options I wasn't thinking of. The extra room in the larger vehicle and added safety features bumped their way up the priority ladder. The process was fast! I was in and out in under two hours. with a signed deal! Compared to other dealers that had me in the chair for two hours on a Saturday with only a single price option way out of my budget limits discussed, Glenn asks great questions, actually listens to my needs and applies his knowledge and experience so I was able to to make an informed and confident decision. Glenn has an empathetic approach, authentic disposition and is a highly effective communicator. The business manager was just as easy to work with. Porrly manufactured car and incompetent service technician I've bought a C-MAX Energy, I brought the car for repairs 12 time in the first 6 months for electronic problem with safety sensors, GPS modules, telem I've bought a C-MAX Energy, I brought the car for repairs 12 time in the first 6 months for electronic problem with safety sensors, GPS modules, telemetry modules, temperature sensor, backup camera, charging system. They couldn't fix most of the problems and then I had to deal with unprofessional service manager, I then brought the car to a different dealership to get some of the problem, but the charging issue is still a problem but Ford Canada, will tell you that why they sell car with warranty. Who buys a new car to bring it in for service one or twice a month in the first year. More
