I made an online inquiry and received a phone call within minutes from an internet agent. He made me an appointment. The specific new Santa Fe I was interested in was advertised on their website for one price, but when it came to working out the numbers they added $797 for tire warranty, theft warranty and mud flaps. This is how they get around not being able to charge a dealer fee I suspect. I thought OMVIC had outlawed the bait & switch false advertising. I probably would have bought the car for MSRP knowing the current market but was told I had to pay the additional fee for unwanted etching, etc. When I do get my new Santa Fe, I'll be steering clear of Collingwood for service....it's a trust issue. . Definitely not happy with Service Dept! Firstly, they don't return calls or messages. That's just plain ignorant. Vehicle went in for transmission repair, anyway.
