This dealership charges by the package not a per hour rate. When you get your brake inspection it will include charges for disassembly...now all the parts are removed and laid bare. If they find the caliper sliders need lubrication you get charged for disassembly again. If they find your rotors need grinding you get charged for disassembly again. If they find your caliper slider boot needs replacing you get charged for disassembly again. I got charged almost $800 to lube the caliper sliders and turn the rear rotors which is at most a $150 job. Shame on this dealership. I think the cars are OK but service horrible. If you go in for parts half the personal are sleeping or not there. Do not waste your time with Collingwood Hyundai. More
