Great experience I was referred to Car-On by some friends and family (as I was looking to buy my very first car), and after reading online reviews and checking out the I was referred to Car-On by some friends and family (as I was looking to buy my very first car), and after reading online reviews and checking out their website, I decided I would keep an eye on their inventory for something that sparked my interest. I eventually found a practically mint 2006 Acura TL with very low mileage. The price was extremely competitive so I decided to take action right away and I went to see it in person at the dealership. I was greeted by Mario Brunet with whom I stuck with for the entire process of checking out the car, negotiating, and finally purchasing the car (which took about 2 weeks in total because of a tight schedule on my part). Mario is very friendly, has a great sense of humour and is not pushy at all with the sales. This is also the case with the rest of the staff at Car-On. Everyone is professional, friendly, and they won’t bug you with the whole "so when are you buying?" mentality. My father and I were not able to negotiate for a lower purchase price but Ken (sales manager if I'm not mistaking) agreed to the fixing of any cosmetic damages that I could spot as well as a free radiator fluid flush + fill (after some negotiating). Overall, my experience at Car-On was awesome! They really understand the concept of making business by treating their customers right and giving them the best experience they can. I love my (first) car and there’s a good chance I will return to Car-On in the future! With all that being said, while my experience with Car-On was very satisfying, this review wouldn't be complete with a little bit of constructive criticism from my part. **So this part is mainly for Car-On members to read!!!** First off, the informations provided on the website could be more accurate. For instance, my Acura TL had the following listed in the features: "Leather interior" (which is the case) but then also "Cloth interior" and "Folding rear seats" which the car does not have. There were a few other false informations in the features which I can't remember. Also, the title stated "showroom condition" and while the car truly is in fantastic shape for its age, it's not what I personally consider being "showroom condition"… (1 - somewhat hazy headlights, 2 - paint chips on the hood, 3 - small rip in leather on driver door, 4 - big scratch on rear driver-side door + several other small but visible scratches all around the car, 5 - very squeaky and somewhat stiff back doors). Thankfully, when the car was sold to me, the mechanics at Car-On had done some nice touch-ups on the paint of the hood and had also done a fantastic job with the leather on the driver door. It looks like there was never a rip there before. They also told me that they tried buffing out some of the scratches but were unsuccessful since the scratches are too deep, which is understandable. However, when they tried to fix the squeaky and stiff doors, I noticed that they used some sort of compound to spray every single part of the door mechanisms except for the part that was actually squeaking and rubbing. My friend and I were able to figure out and fix the issue on our own in less than 10 minutes and we are not experts! In addition, they said they would buffer out the hazing on the headlights but I couldn’t tell a difference. I was later able to completely restore both headlights with a simple microfibre cloth and a headlight cleaning product in less than an hour. This tells me that they probably decided to cut corners in order to save some time. This may all seem like a lot of nitpicking but when I am told that something will be done, I expect it to be done in the first place, and done properly too! Now despite these rather negative little details, Car-On still deserves a 5 star rating from me since my experience was pretty much as good as it really gets in this business. My criticism in the second half of my review serves only to encourage Car-On to challenge themselves to further better themselves as a company and earn the place they truly strive for: the best used car dealer in the Ottawa region! It started out that I was purchasing a Chevy Cruze, but there had been some confusion about options that were included with the car, so we decided to look at the Lancer instead. They had no issue with letting me keep the car for the weekend, come back on Monday, redo all of the paper for me and get me into the car I was happy with. Markus and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel great about my purchase. Overall a fantastic experience. I'll be back! More

Found the car I wanted and a year later I'm very happy! I'm a pretty fussy customer and I shopped for several months before I decided what kind of car would be my next one. He took a lot of time with me, trying out the model they had in stock and showing me comparable models. When I didn't like the colour of the model they had, they found me the colour I wanted and let me test drive it. I love the car, I was very happy with the price, and the service was excellent. I got to admit, I was a bit wary of used car places before, but these guys sell a quality product. More
