Going beyond what I expected I spent a year looking for the perfect Dodge Challenger Scat Pak Shaker.....I wanted it loaded and in purple. Canmore Chrysler had a 2014 used Challenger in purple and I purchased the car over the phone. I sent my deposit and the finance department got me better financing that I could get at my local bank. When the sales person"Jordan" realized it was missing a key option that I wanted, he informed me after we had completed the deal, but I had not taken possession. He was willing to forgo a sale to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. His integrity and honesty was a totally new experience. As the last car I bought at a Chevrolet dealership, they forgot to tell me the car was from the US, had been in an accident and was void warranty with 32,000 kms and two years old. Because of that experience I was very apprehensive to trust a dealership. Canmore Chrysler is not the largest dealership I shopped. But they were by far the most professional and courteous. They located the perfect car for me, and I have never been happier with a new vehicle. Enjoy the drive to Canmore, and if they do not have the perfect vehicle they will find it. They have the same cheesy phrases, they make ridiculous anecdotal comments, they talk about your trade-in value as if everyone gets to purchase a car at wholesale prices they buy it for. Quite simply, they lack education, integrity and a modern sense of how people want to be treated. Canmore Chrysler is no different. With the small town vibe you get even more ridiculous narrow-minded comments, dated sales approaches, and from my experience.. they're less likely to be as competitive in pricing for your new car and for your trade. Canmore Chrysler convinced me to buy a Tundra, even with 27% in discounts. That's the kind of service you can get here. Just another dealership employing the same sales nonsense we all hate experiencing. More

(I just felt the small town atmosphere are more friendly to customer compared to cities - just an opinion). I was not mistaken to make that decision, from initial call up to the pick up of the vehicle, It was all smooth, and I did not have a problem at all. Jordan, was really patient with me after all the calls I did, Matt was very informative and was not pushy in negotiations of vehicle when I went at a weekend, the finance people who helped me, Steffanie and Ryan during the weekend and Mike at the day I picked up the car. And also Mitch and Pavla was very accommodating. Overall, It was a very nice experience and honestly, the trip from calgary (instead of those who are in the city itself) is really worth it here. Jordan was able to arrange all paperwork and registration/insurance to be completed on the day that I signed, so I could drive home with the truck same-day - this saved me the extra trip back and forth from Calgary to pick up the 1500 and was a HUGE timesaver! The only reason I didn't give a 5star was a lengthy wait time for the financial side of things, not Jordan's fault. More
