We were not pressured in any way what so ever, and the salesman was able to come up with some options that we had not considered. The finance department was painless and efficient. They even went to the motor vehicle licensing agency and picked up and mounted the plates for us. What a time saver. We left feeling like a valued customer, and have no problem recommending this dealership and salesman to anyone! More

Poor Service I've had the worst time with service not returning calls. I had my Jeep in for The A/C and they replaced parts to the tune of 1000.00. It is still not I've had the worst time with service not returning calls. I had my Jeep in for The A/C and they replaced parts to the tune of 1000.00. It is still not working now they tell me it is the compressor and it will cost another 2000.00 to replace it. I think they see a senior lady with an old Jeep and ka-Ching we can make money off this vehicle. Since I took it in last October for a simple oil change they have found numerous things to change. Now the new car.salesman is calling me to tell me about the great deals on new cars since I'm having so much service done. It almost seems that my vehicles is sabotaged. I will never let them work in my Jeep again and I surely wouldn't buy a vehicle from them. More

I had previously been into the dealership to discuss purchasing one of their My shopping experience at Canmore Chrysler was not what I was expecting. I had previously been into the dealership to discuss purchasing one of their vehicles and had had a good experience. The second time around with a different salesperson was the complete opposite. When initially contacted via phone, he couldn't be bothered to send the requested information. I had to go into the dealership to get the information and decided to make an offer on the vehicle. The salesperson wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to justify their pricing ( I had told him I understood their pricing from my previous visit) and was extremely arrogant and condescending. At one point during our discussion, he asked why I "couldn't scrape together some more cents" to make a higher offer. It was offensive and rude. Prior to that comment I was prepared to accept a counteroffer from them but after being treated in such a manner, decided I didn't want to spend a single cent there. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. There is a reason their pricing is so low. It matches the quality of their customer service. More
