Thank You Dean and Pavla I had contacted Dean and he offered to drive me to the dealership as I did not have a vehicle at all. He was great to deal with , very friendly and un I had contacted Dean and he offered to drive me to the dealership as I did not have a vehicle at all. He was great to deal with , very friendly and understanding to my situation. He explained several different ways I could get into a new vehicle or a used if that was the better way for me to go. Once at the dealership I was greeted by the New car manager Dan, the GM Ryan and then introduced to the finance manager Pavla. She was awesome, and helpped me so much in understanding all my options and we looked at the best way I could finance a vehicle. Once we had and idea Dean then showed me a truck that was everything i wanted plus it had a few other fun things like Heated seats !! Pavla worked with the financing and I bought my truck. I have heard so many bad stories from friends when buying vehicles and i was soo happy the way I was treated. This was such a fun enviroment to in and you could see everyone was having fun, i sure did. I want the thank Dean and Pavla for making my first time car buying experiance such a fun and positive one. I will deffinitly be buying from them again and letting all my friends know. More

Thank you to the New Owner! Everyone at the dealership friendly as can be, before I bought the car. After I had purchased my car the paint began to flake off the bumper, when I p Everyone at the dealership friendly as can be, before I bought the car. After I had purchased my car the paint began to flake off the bumper, when I phoned the service department I was told that the paint was flaking due to rock chips. When pressed how they could come to that conclusion without seeing the vehicle I was told: "This is Alberta, rock chips happen". Not happy with this answer, I drove to an autobody shop in Calgary where I was told there was no chance that paint issue was caused by rock chips. The next day I drove to Canmore with the information from the autobody shop, where I had the service manager come look at the front of the vehicle. He told me "I've never seen that before", took some pictures and told me he'd send them to Chrysler to see what could be done. Phoned the next week, was told again "It was caused by rock chips" and "nothing could be done". Paid the 600$ to the autobody shop to have my bumper fixed and will never set foot at this dealership again. More
