The purchasing process was as usual back and forth until we reached an amicable agreement. The vehicle was detailed prior to our picking it up. The detailing was ok but because of the amount of dog hair in the vehicle it was a difficult job without removing the seats to properly clean the vehicle. All in all we were happy with our experience at Cam Clark Ford in Ardrie. More

Taylor great, Henry Lam not so much. Salesperson (Taylor) was great! Professional in every way. Went above and beyond to make things work for us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with Salesperson (Taylor) was great! Professional in every way. Went above and beyond to make things work for us and was an absolute pleasure to deal with! The finance manager almost lost the sale due to his unprofessional customer service. He did not listen to our requests, but assumed incorrectly even on a follow up call three days later. He was very condescending and made it feel as if it was our responsibility to “close the deal” all the while making it sound as if we may not even get the deal we had just negotiated with Taylor minutes before. He even said we may not get the 0% financing and was very negative about even getting the deal done for us. He tried to change the conditions of sale more than once which left us completely frustrated. In fact, we nearly walked out on the deal. In short, Henry Lam ruined our purchase experience and almost cost our lovely salesperson (Taylor) a sale. Henry is a detriment to the Ford sales team and we will never deal with him again. We love our new Escape though and thank Taylor for making her part of the process professional, sweet and enjoyable. More

When the salesman retired prior to my truck order arrival, my files, needs, etc were passed on to another salesman who provided fantastic service and a problem free transfer from 1 salesman to another right through to the point I drove off the lease with my new truck. Shortly after arriving we were greeted with a friendly smile by a salesman named Ron. Right away he addressed our questions and focused on what we wanted. He took time with us, did not rush us along and really made us feel really welcome and appreciated as customers. He knew it was going to be my vehicle and focused on talking to me not just my husband. He gave us space and time to talk so we knew we were making the right decision for our vehicle needs. The dealership was clean and well staffed, it was obvious they take pride in their business and their vehicles. Kristine Simmons in the financing department was also great to deal with and again answered all of our questions thoroughly and was really fun to talk to.
