2014 Ford F-150 I bought a 2014 Ford F-150 4x4 stx, had 80,000 Kms on it when I bought it, has 89,000 kms now, it's only been 5-7 months, poor service, had brake issu I bought a 2014 Ford F-150 4x4 stx, had 80,000 Kms on it when I bought it, has 89,000 kms now, it's only been 5-7 months, poor service, had brake issues with it when I bought it, took it in after a week of having it and they argued nothing was wrong, I argued with mechanics for days, I had enough so I let it go and the problem is still there, went to put it in 4x4 and it doesn't work, I would take it in for them to fix it but they'd rather argue it's not broken and waste more of my time and money, so I'm writing to WARN future customers that you will have problems with a vehicle from here and they will not help you out or do there part of fixing it under warranty, very disappointed with cam Clark, please beware of them! More

Absolutely Poor Service from Sales Group Manager First off, being that I live in Airdrie, I figured that I would support the local business. Did our work, and complete a search of the Cam Clark Fo First off, being that I live in Airdrie, I figured that I would support the local business. Did our work, and complete a search of the Cam Clark Ford website, for used vehicles and in doing so, found a couple of F150 trucks that I was interested in. Made contact with the dealership via the internet requesting further information, and was provided with great service from Bryan Swanson. Made our way to the dealership to look at the trucks, and take it out for a test drive. Understanding that Bryan is a busy individual, dealt with another sale person (Kevin Suga), as I understand that Bryan indicate for Kevin to proceed. Took out a 2013 F150 FX4 and loved it, and was willing to proceed with the process of making an offer. Due to time constraints on Saturday, we were unable to finish everything, so I placed a hold on the vehicle, so that we could finalize or at the least negotiate further on the Monday. But before we left on Saturday, we put a potential offer on the table, hence putting a deposit on the truck to hold it. When I arrived on Monday afternoon to have my current vehicle appraised, I was given quite a unwelcome feeling. The sales person that I had dealt with on Saturday, I was told was unavailable, and was no longer looking after it, even though we had been communicating up to the time I came into the dealership. I was very apparent the minute that Rick Vero stepped into this, that Cam Clark Ford was not looking to make a sale on the truck I looked at. I was slapped in the face with a disrespectful offer for the value of the car I was planning on trading in ($4500 for a 2008 Acura TL Type S), REALLY? Its a little suspicious, that what I was offered for my vehicle was approximately the same value that I wanted to see reduced on the price of the truck. This has to be the most dishonest dealings I have ever had with a car dealership, it has nothing to do with Bryan and the internet group, or Kevin. It was truly apparent that Rick Vero was not willing to make any deal yesterday, and I don't know if I would ever consider going back to Cam Clark Ford because of this. I have read some of the other reviews, and other customers indicate that they were made to feel like a valued customer, well that is one feeling after yesterdays experience I did not feel. If any friend or family ever ask for a recommendation on where to purchase a Ford, Cam Clark will not be a dealership that I will recommend. More

Amazing. Bryan Swanson was awesome i was told to go to Ford and check out their selection. My ex recommended that I meet with Bryan and let him know what I was looking for.
