Excellent customer service every step of the way! No one pressured me there and I was allowed to take my time deciding. I recently wrote a less than stellar review after I took my 2022 raptor in for repairs to my front bumper and experiencing some issues after the repairs were completed. The service manager and general manager of cam Clark reached out to me and apologized and said they wanted to make it right and we’re sorry that I had a bad experience and took my review very seriously. We arranged a date time to bring my truck back and went over the issues I was not happy with . They gave me a brand new f150 as a loaner while they did the repairs . They went over and above fixing the issues and even did some extra work aligning my after market fog lights and fixing som wiring issues as well . They also did a great job detailing my truck although our lousy spring weather made short work of that on my drive home but at least the interior is still nice and clean . I have totally done a 180 on my first review and would like to thank Cam Clark for stepping up and making it right. I would 100% recommend them to anyone for sales and service. I would like to give a special thanks to Jim Walker for taking great care of me and my vehicle. More
