I’ve been going to Airdrie Cam Clark Ford for over ten years. My vehicle has long since been passed any warranty and I’ve continued to take it there to support a local business even while there was the oc years. My vehicle has long since been passed any warranty and I’ve continued to take it there to support a local business even while there was the occasional mishap with the service (lug nuts not being tightend and falling off or drip pan cover not being fastened and dragging along the ground etc.) Unfortunately prices have gone up (without notice) and some of the newer staff members are not as pleasant as the old ones use to be. While I appreciate the cost of living has gone up, I would have appreciated notice of price increases prior to my recent service so I could have made an informed decision. Being that my vehicle is older I think it’s time to look for more affordable service options. More
