She then coordinated everything by email to ensure that I would be taken care of. Then I had one of the drivers take me over to Enterprise to get a car while my car was in the shop, he was also friendly and nice. Rob was my service person who contacted me with the details of what was happening and advised me on length of time required. He connected with me when complete and advised me of when I could pick up my car. When I came back to get my car, I simply drove up in the rental car and picked up my car, everything was taken care of. I was extremely happy with the service, care and attention that was given to my concerns. It has restored my faith in the company that is Budd’s and feel that I made the right decision in buying my car at this location. Thank you to everyone! More

This was my second purchase through Brent. At the time of delivery he noted a small blemish on the front passenger door which neither of us had noticed previously. We agreed that when I brought the car in for service theblemish would be fixed. So, when winter tires were installed at the end of October, 2018, the blemish also was taken care of as well. Alex Hoch co-ordinated this work very skillfully so that my time was not wasted and the work was done properly-altogether an entirely satisfactory experience. More
