Thank you, service department! I had an appointment on 21/12/2018 for regular service, but went there on the 17/12/2018 by mistake, one week earlier. Buud's BMW did not send me bac I had an appointment on 21/12/2018 for regular service, but went there on the 17/12/2018 by mistake, one week earlier. Buud's BMW did not send me back. In stead, the did the service , and I did not have to wait for too long to get the servicing done either. Thank you. More

New X2 The reason I gave a 3 rating is due to the fact that I was told by the Sales Representative that no more costs would be incurred. I got to the Finance stage and they tried to sell me some other packages. Packages to put a coat on the car to deflect dings, package to get my windows tinted and being pressured to do so because the back one was tinted and not the others? Why would BMW even do this??? Tint them all or don't tint them at all. Makes more sense, doesn't it?? I feel that this cost should have been picked up by BMW. Also, I had purchased tires for my old/new car I purchased last year. I spent $500.00 on these tires because Sales told me that my old tires would fit on my new car. They didn't and I had to purchase them on the spot. I brought back these tires when exchanging my car last month and was told I would be taken care of for them. I received a Gym membership that was suppose to be a 60 day membership but there was less then a month left on it. Besides, I already have a gym membership and the cost of the tires certainly don't make up for this. I feel I have been duped and it has not been the first time. Otherwise, I love my new X2. I cld not save this page if I didn't pick an employee. Vijay was my sales rep. More
