Too busy Had an appointment at 11am for a 2h inspection to purchase a vintage M5. The seller of the car was waiting for my answer , but couldn’t answer until Had an appointment at 11am for a 2h inspection to purchase a vintage M5. The seller of the car was waiting for my answer , but couldn’t answer until I received report of said inspection. Got a call at 530pm(6.5 hours later), to tell me that they just finished the inspection, but all employees were gone for the weekend, so I would get my results copy on Monday morning. When I explained this to the seller, he proceeded to sell the car to someone over the weekend. They finally sent it by email at 7pm same day, even though they had told me Monday, so lost the car, and also paid 400$ for nothing. I fully understand that you could be busy, but in that case you should advise customers that there will major delays. I was never advised of this. Overall disappointing experience More

I have specific requirements when booking and dropping off my car which they clearly note and follow without me having to worry, check or chase. Like every service business, things can go wrong or take an unexpected turn. Again they do a good job of recovering from this. I am looking for a new vehicle and had options to buy cheaper elsewhere, easily. However Budds service is what has me sticking with them because its what happens with the car once I have it that's most important. More

She just gave me attitude when asked about the higher charges and the dirt on the front of the car. I had to insist that they clean the car. On previous occasion the service manager (Mike) and service advisor (Jenny) were very difficult to deal with and would not take responsibility for problem that happened when the car was in their custody.
