His genuine concern for our wants and needs led us through the sometimes confusing process of discovery, which took a couple of days and more than a few hours of his time, without pressure to make a rushed decision. When it came time to settle the financial aspect of the transaction, Rob Usher(?) eased us through with care and confidence. Our final sit down with Sacha Wolfson sealed our deal as well as our immense satisfaction. We drove away knowing we made the perfect choice for our lifestyle and pocketbook. great service, bad luck truck. have a great deal of respect for all the people who work at the dealership, and the techs are very knowledgeable. The problem is with the truck. you would figure that a two and a half year old truck with 31000 km on truck would be mechanically sound, not. front locking hubs, battery and water pump. go figure. like the truck, have money in it, short story bought 4 years more warranty, many $$$$$$$. can't afford new one. The techs work fast and do great work, this issue is not with them but ford company. shame for not keeping up your rep. More
