Our first dealings with this dealership We had been searching for a particular vehicle, year and mileage, for a lengthy time. We came across one listed at this dealership and through contac We had been searching for a particular vehicle, year and mileage, for a lengthy time. We came across one listed at this dealership and through contact with a loyalty consultant, we made arrangements to see this vehicle. We were assured that we would be able to see this vehicle and we made sure to contact the dealership before we left on our 2.5 hour drive. This turned out to be a trip that was fraught with miscues, mostly from the loyalty consultant not communicating properly with the sales staff and not giving us the full information that could have left a different result. As a result, the vehicle was sold before we got to the dealership and no one informed us about this although it was possible to contact us. So, although the sales staff, specifically Dave Conway, went out of their way to accomodate us, we had to leave the dealership that day and were very disappointed with the loyalty consultant who had let us down and left the sales staff holding the bag. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership, except the loyalty staff, were clearly disturbed as to how we had been handled and tried to make things better. More

Very personable, fantastic customer service I came in potentially looking for a new truck pending service costs to fix my old one. Conner instantly met me with a firm hand shake and a smile. After discussing with Conner that I was only potentially interested in buying, he still went through the process and took the time to discuss options. Many other salesman might not have given me the time of day but he did and for that I thank him.
