Puttibg Safety At Risk Horrible customer service in service department. Took over a month to get an appointment for oil change. My Electronic Stability Control light came on- called to get it looked out to find out if it's safe to drive...got told they couldn't/ wouldn't do it till middle of the week! I commute almost 2 hours to work; not acceptable! Called Orillia Hyundai and they got me in as soon as I got there. Let's just say I have switched dealerships! Poor estimate of time required to service car Had a sour taste after having my car service for transmission oil sensor replacement to deal with check engine code p0711. After researching code general comments online was 2 hour job. Was qouted 2-3 hours so I agreed to do work. 5 hours later and approx $600 I had to instigate some action to get my car back. I assume mechanic knew what he was doing, I guess I will find out soon. The service rep did call after 1-1/2 hrs but that was it. Initial service rep was nowhere to be found after 5 hrs so Michael was nice enough to finish my service. Overall this is not customer service. Will take my business in future to higher rated dealer. More

Go to Orillia Hyundai Service guys are not professional. Complaints and concerns never got resolved.
