The dealership has gone downhill over the past 3 years. Sales department used to be clear and transparent and they've moved to the "ask the manager" tactic. The service department is not great, and when an appointment is booked, yet they tell you it'll be a 2 hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable. Their shuttle service is now simply ordering an Uber. More

They screwed up literally everything failed to give me my ownership mats I had paid for the time I was picking up the car the day they were supposed to pick it up to service it and to top it off they gave it ownership mats I had paid for the time I was picking up the car the day they were supposed to pick it up to service it and to top it off they gave it back to me with my brake light out and are refusing to fix it so I'm going to have to pay out of pocket to fix a new car safetied less than a month ago that has less than 48,000km More
