We purchased our 2017 330i BMW from Eric Lajczak who was an outstanding salesman, but was not available the day we were scheduled to pick it up so he We purchased our 2017 330i BMW from Eric Lajczak who was an outstanding salesman, but was not available the day we were scheduled to pick it up so he had laira Stahn assist us with the delivery of the vehicle. Laira was very professional, courteous, and patient with us going over the vehicle. We felt comfortable with her at all times. She made the experience a very positive one. We will definitely recommend Laira and Bavaria to all of our friends and family. More

My vehicle purchase from Bavaria Edmonton Eric was the 1st one I interacted with at Bavaria, I was in the market for a used vehicle as my previous one had been written of in a vehicular accide Eric was the 1st one I interacted with at Bavaria, I was in the market for a used vehicle as my previous one had been written of in a vehicular accident. He was extremely responsive and we communicated ad infinitum via email, I eventually purchased a used 2015 BMW 328 X Drive from Bavaria. Being from Calgary, I first visited the local BMW dealership, long story short I bought a new X5 M sport from Bavaria in Edmonton. Upon receiving the impressive customer service on delivery I decided to purchase the second suv/X3 M Sport. Customer service is everything, these guys were dialed in and went above and beyond over any other dealership I have boughten from, including Ferrari. Thanks Joe Da Silva, Bo GE and the famous Chris Brown! This crew has my recommendation any day! More
bad experience wow i can’t believe how greasy these guys are!!! selling me a extended warranty for $4500(4years or 80000km) on my x5 and after 1 year I decide to wow i can’t believe how greasy these guys are!!! selling me a extended warranty for $4500(4years or 80000km) on my x5 and after 1 year I decide to cancel it and supposed to get 70% back as i didn’t use it or have any claim whatsoever, they only gave me back 25% and they didn’t want to give me any answer why they decide to keep $2000 for themselves ..greasyy !!! i wouldn’t recommend to have any deals with these guys as they gonna try to rip you off More

I wish more dealerships understood how critical it is to make strategic concessions to garner long term customers. Keep in mind that concessions do not always have to be financial in nature. Couple that with a fantastic and professional delivery process, painless experience and the pure enjoyment of driving home a fantastic piece of machinery. Alex was attentive and friendly throughout and Chris, his Sales Manager was a great advocate for Alex's interests while not losing sight of the customer. When other dealerships seem stuck in the past with outdated business practices, Bavaria is a breath of fresh air Truly a modern car buying experience. When other dealerships seem stuck in the past with outdated business practices, Bavaria is a breath of fresh air. Used to be that I purchased everything through Calgary BMW but they've really dropped the ball on customer service lately. Working with Chris Brown, I was able to complete my entire new car purchase negotiation solely over email, including financing review. You don't really want to spend all day talking to people in dealerships, do you? Here, I experienced zero pressure and maximum convenience, without having to call once. Didn't have to deal with awkward negotiations or sales pressure. Finally! The experience during pickup was notably special, coming with a bit of a ceremony, making the pick up that much more exciting. There was a few minutes spent on signing paperwork in the finance office but other than that your pickup is spent casually going over the new vehicle with your sales advisor. I have no issues recommending Bavaria for anyone looking for a new BMW. I would also recommend Chris Brown if you prefer a "new school" approach to buying a car and would rather handle your purchase over email. With respect to servicing just a note that these guys have "Express" service available for small things like oil changes. In and out in about 45min. No need to leave your car all day for a minor scheduled service or quick oil change. Smart move from Bavaria. More
