The mechanical assessment checked out, I got a third party PPI done and it was good. I went back to my mechanic to get a third opinion and they found two serious defects which cost a lot to repair. Avoid these guys when buying used. Do not trust any documentation that they provide you and inspect everything by yourself. More
Terrible customer service Long story short that my husband traded his bmw M3 for a X6 when he found out we are expecting our first baby. Within two month of having the vehicle, the check engine light has been on twice. It is so ridiculous. A check engine light can be from some nuisance little problem to potential safety hazard. Since the second time when the check engine light was on, it was not safe to drive around the city with summer tires after a bad snowfall. Our family have several vehicles and we never asked for a loaner when we had the x6 in the shop. It has been three weeks after we have had the x6 at the service department... I have spoken to four or five people. You know when you are just being transferred after talking to a person after another... That is exactly what I felt.... finally, I had to get my vehicle back, I contacted the service department. I was transferred to Johnathan... it was so frustrating to speak to him. When I spoke to Johnathan to express my concern about the check engine light, he said “i can’t guarantee if you won’t get sick in a year or two.” He was comparing if someone’s would get sick in a year or two versus the check engine light.... How is that an even relevant comparison. And when I address the irrelevant comparison, he asked me if he can finish talking. My own husband would never talk to me like that. I am just disappointed in their customer service. Maybe it is miscommunication and I was very apologetic. But the customers service at the dealership was astounding in the worst possible way. I hope they will rectify the mistake or the miscommunication. More
Bad Customer Service I had been waiting since 2016 to have the Tekata airbags replaced in my E92 M3 car. In 2017 i also received notification of another recall on the he I had been waiting since 2016 to have the Tekata airbags replaced in my E92 M3 car. In 2017 i also received notification of another recall on the heater motor in the same car. I kept phoning Bavaria to keep abreast of when parts were available. In July 2018 when parts were finally aviailable and i made an appointment for Sept 10, 2018 . This date was the first date that Bavaria had a loaner vehicle to use. This was important because when i set up the appointment the service advisor indiated that the work would take longer than a day. When i checked into Bavaria on Sept 10 with my car , the service advisor told me that they did not have a loaner vehicle for me , They offered me no options other than to phone me if and when they had a loaner available and indicated that there were no cars because people were not returning them. I found the service advisors response unbelievable because people weren`t returning cars because the work wasn`t getting done on their cars and they needed the loaners due to not having their own car to use. They sent me away. No work done on my car. More

Starting from my European delivery of a BMW, to my purchase of an M car; Bavaria has remained consistent in their excellent treatment of all my needs and my vehicle(s). From my Service Advisor Jonathan to the sales manager, service manager and all support staff - I have been thoroughly impressed by their treatment. I certainly hope that anyone looking to delve into the brand or to improve their outlook on BMW in general, gives Bavaria BMW an opportunity. More

Excellent Customer Service I went check some new models of BMW and end up trade my Mercedes with BMW X3. At first it was kind of impossible to get the deal but somehow Rayman and Chris worked out. As a sales representative Rayman did excellent job, he was honest and polite. I gave him hard time but still he didn’t get upset. I will recommend if you decided to buy Then see him. Also Alex did good job for getting the approval from bank quickly. Great Service My wife and I went to look for BMW X6. As we entered Raiman promptly greeted us and led us in. He was very friendly and we never felt under pressure as he showed us the different X6 models. He was patient and gave us plenty of time to understand everything before making a decision. We test drove 2 models and we were very impressed with both. We finally settled on the brand new 35i model. He helped us at every step down to the colour and tires to match. The process of buying was seamless. When we picked up our new car Raiman spent a lot of time explaining the many sophisticated features and controls of this amazing machine. We left very happy. Raiman exceeded our expectations. This is a great dealership. I would recommend it to anyone. More
